I loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and kind. I booked there because they had a restaurant, but when I arrived, found it was closing for my entire stay! I had no transportation, but the staff helped me find food and did everything they could to make me comfortable. My business meeting for the first day was cancelled, and I was stuck in the hotel. There were restaurants and stores in walking distance, but it was icy outside, and I am "elderly", so I stayed in. I really appreciated the help the staff provided. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and was all I needed.

I wish I could have known the restaurant was closing (and that it isn't a breakfast restaurant). I booked there accidentally, the hotel I had stayed in four years ago has a restaurant, and is open for breakfast. I accidentally chose the "wrong" one.

The room was very clean, the beds were big and comfortable. The location is great as we did 3 different fishing excursions and Main Street Hotel is centrally located to reach all of them. The attached restaurant was fabulous, with a lively crowd, fun staff and great food! They are known for their wide selection/ variety of hamburgers too. In the evenings, you can sit right outside your room/ door and enjoy the late sunsets with your favorite beverage in hand reflecting on a great day of fishing. Whether it is your once in a lifetime father/son fishing trip to the Kenai, family vacation or “guys trip,” you will not be disappointed. I’ll definitely be back next year!

I have nothing but compliments for Main Street Hotel and the attached restaurant. I stay in a lot of hotels around the country and this was excellent.

Location, in town, close to food, grocery, gas & shops! Small basic room with just enough space for husband and I! We booked here 1st 2 days of trip before we could head to our Airbnb and ended up rebooking for the last 2 days of our trip!

No dislikes. It was quiet enough especially for being right off the highway. Check in was easy as well as checkout. Satisfied with our room, it worked, it’s a good place to have a rest and be comfortable for a couple nights.

Friendly staff, location, cleanliness, affordability! Great stay, perfect little place, everything you need in a room and location is so convenient when in Kenai! We love it here, we will always come back! Sunday morning we had their blackened fillet benedict, oh my gosh it was so tasty! Highly recommend trying that if you are there on a Sunday morning (restaurant opens at 11)

Excellent staff that went above and beyond for me during my stay. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations

The staff was amazing. From check in to check out. The food we ordered was spectacular. And everyone there went out of their way to assist us in any way they could. We were dealing with a minor housing emergency and the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my family and Had a warm safe place to lay our heads while we got into a new house. I can not thank them enough!

The place was clean and the front desk staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Annalea went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Would stay here again if in the area.
