The bed was so comfortable and I loved how the room was decorated. The quilt comforter and wood furnishings created a very relaxing space. The café, tavern & liquor store, on the property was extremely convenient. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The wifi worked well, as did the direct tv. Mini fridge was a plus. Shower was wonderful. Only a few things I would have liked, a small coffee maker , so I didn't have to get dressed to go get my first cup of coffee. Black out shades for us "lower 48ers" that could not adapt to your midnight sun and maybe a USB port in a lamp or something along that line. Other than that, I couldn't have asked for a better hotel for the price. I will definitely recommend and stay there again, if I ever return to the area.

Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Close to the wedding venue at the train station. Was a great stay! A 24 hr. cafe and liquor store in the building. Just great.

There's no breakfast included. But there is a Cafe attached. The food there is good and is available at all times.
I don't think there's really anything to change. The hotel is located in a really good, central spot. You have access to food, gift shops, sight seeing, etc.

Motel is in a goof location & we, had a clean room.
Couldn't understand why we were put in a room on the top floor & at the end of the building with no elevator when the motel was only half full.

I've stayed at many properties in Palmer (my favorite Alaskan town) and this is my favorite hands down. This is my go-to spot now. Location is perfect, I LOVE the restaurant, and the vibes are one of a kind. Highly recommend a stay here!

Location was great and employees were very nice and helpful
No elevator. I have limited mobility and was placed on the third floor. They did try to place me on a lower level but nothing was available

Breakfast was great and the service was wonderful they were always smiling. Cafe was open 24/7 so it was great for your midnight munchies. The decor was great especially the etched glass on the booths.

All lights, A/C unit fans, switches worked, room was spotlessly cleaned, downtown location near other businesses, parks. We slept very well on the king bed.
The room entry door has a regular keylock in the doorknob, requiring a regular key.
