Hampton Inn Lake Havasu City

The breakfasts were outstanding. The gym allowed for a complete workout. The hotel had all the important amenities. The hotel was clean. Our stay was enjoyable with a staff that responded to our requests. Your refrigerator actually kept things cold!

My biggest issue was the room was not cleaned in the 4 days we stayed there. We arranged to have a clean on the 3rd day, but no one showed up. Our wastebaskets were overflowing, we ran out of everything...shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels, and toilet tissue. For a Hilton, that's a shocker! Even condos are cleaned every 3 days! I strongly recommend you service the rooms more frequently. The mattress was not as firm as most hotel mattresses.

The staff were great from the cleaners to the front desk and breakfast staff. Anyone I encountered were welcoming.

My couch was broken so when the bed was pulled out it leaned in I had to wedge the foot stand underneath. I think having a blanket in the room already for the couch bed would’ve save me a trip down to the front desk. The couch had stains all over the cushions. Also would’ve like to have hands soap in our room.

Location was perfect. Room was clean.

The pool restroom was disgusting. Breakfast was bland and minimal. Front desk customer service was extremely lacking. Requested more toilet paper to room and was treated like it was a huge inconvenience. Housekeeping left only 1/2 of a roll and no extra. When I called the front desk the lady said she was very busy at 10pm and would try after huffing several times.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and well kept. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming at all hours. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, ac blew ice cold (had to turn it down because we got too cold at one point) breakfast was excellent in the mornings with many options to choose from!

Having strawberry cream cheese for the begals. If that's all I have to complain about I'd say my stay was exceptionally great!

We were meeting friends who had a VRBO and the hotel’s location was ideal. The breakfast was excellent, the property was was lovely and well maintained. The staff was attentive and friendly. I appreciated there was no evidence of bedbugs when so many other properties in the area seemed to have that problem.

There was a bit of mildew/mold in the caulk around the tub, but everything else was very clean.

for Hampton it did seemed run down just a little and tons of crickets. It did seem to be the time of year where there were tons of them to begin with but on the 4th floor and within 20 minutes of being in the room we saw about 4 of them.

the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, 3 waffle irons with 2 different types of batter and tons of toppings including caramel and chocolate syrup, conveyer belt toaster with bread, bagels and English muffins, eggs, sausage, oatmeal with toppings, hot drinks of all types including hot chocolate, variety of yogurts and fruits. seriously delicious. I missed breakfast the first day due to an early game and wish I hadn’t! The room was immaculately cleaned and comfortable. On the way back from breakfast I saw a stack of shower curtains on the housekeeping cart. They even change the shower curtains in between guests! And checkout wasn’t till noon. I will always stay here from now on when in Havasu and will look into other Hampton Inns when in other cities.

everything was great

The coffee was great with many options for breakfast. The dining area had indoor and outdoor seating and a tv to catch up on the news while traveling. The room was nicely updated and aesthetically pleasing! The A/C was definitely working.

The mattress is way too hard for someone with night time pain. The covers were nice but a bit too light as the A/C was hard to control. We turned it up to 75 and at one point turned it off because it was uncomfortable. My husband loved it but me not so much!

The room was great with fridge, microwave, coffee maker! The staff; no matter if it was front desk, laundry people, room attendants, pool guy, they all greated us with a smile whenever we bumped into someone!! Great customer care and service! The pool and spa were great especially if you have children 3ft area was large for them to enjoy! Continental breakfast was wonderful even for those who are keto!! The location is near the London bridge and lake as well!

Staff was great, very clean hotel!

The room had no dresser for clothes. Most hotels have sundries in bathroom shampoo body wash etc saw nothing? Bar which was supposed to be open 5-9 never opened? better assortment of food at front desk would be better! A local map would be great !
