Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Havasu - London Bridge, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is located at one end of the London Bridge. Our room had a great view of the bridge. We were swiftly checked in although we were quite early and our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was big and I like that they have Dove products in regular size bottles rather than the ”sample” size ones you normally see. There was ample parking (free) outside and the wifi worked fine. The beds were super comfortable and had two kinds of pillows (soft and firm) which was nice. Breakfast was fine, standard choices with waffles, bagels, juices and coffee as well as bacon and eggs. Great location to see the bridge, there were some nice restaurants just across.

Nothing to complain about.

I liked room service was by request. The bathroom amenities were generous and the shower was exceptional, spacious and the water was always quick to warm up. The air conditioning was so good, I would forget how hot it was outside. The blinds were great at keeping out light. The room's appliances were nice to have, a fridge that worked well, a microwave for convenience, and a Keurig with some complementary k-cups. The location was spectacular, most of the heart of the lake-front shops were a 2 minute walk away.

Laundry room only seemed to accept quarters. The breakfast options were lacking through the weekdays.

Almost everything!! Location was perfect. The staff was great under pressure as it was full at check in Saturday and it appeared that a young girl was being trained. View from room was great.

Breakfast!! Sunday mornings breakfast the sausage wasn't cooked completely and waffle mashing was out of order. IHOP for Monday it was and Tuesday we just headed out. So spent money we weren't planning on. Other than location, breakfast included was why we picked this hotel. So that was disappointing.

Very clean and had great breakfast! Room had lots of storage areas and place to put snacks and other stuff on a counter. The maid would come and clean, everyday and even left my kids blankets folded with their bears neatly on the bed. A wonderful experience that we can’t wait to come back!

The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t a tub for our little ones but we made do with the shower.

The hotel was clean, modern, and conveniently located near restaurants and activities. We had a room that overlooked the water and that was nice. We enjoyed the pool. The morning breakfast was decent and made for an easy start to the day.

The air conditioning was a bit loud. Not troublesome enough that we complained, but we did tell them at checkout and they were going to look into it.

Super clean. The room was very nice for what I expected. This is a Holiday Inn not a Hyatt Resort obviously, but it was very nice for the class of hotel that it is. Air conditioning worked great!

Which there was balconies. No where to dry our bathing suits after being out on the lake or pool. Meant putting on a wet suit each day. However with summer temps I understand that it wouldn't really be used or needed.

Parking onsite, very large room with a small sofa, very comfy bed, excellent large bathroom and shower with good range of toiletries,very clean, great self service breakfast, lovely pool area and towels available. Right opposite visitors centre, English village, range of shops, bars and restaurants and boat trips( great thing to do).Friendly, helpful front desk staff

Nothing, wished could have stayed longer

Spacious and clean room in a newly completed hotel in an excellent location right next to the Lake Havasu London Bridge. Polite and helpful staff, ensuring that we got rooms next to each other. Very good breakfast.

Poor sound insulation in a room facing a busy road. Loud air conditioning. Safe lock did not work properly.

I didn’t realize how close this property is to the London Bridge!! Absolutely amazing! The room was clean, the staff was exceptional and it really is a killer location! The picture is from room 309

I do wish the breakfast had a few more cereal options and additional beverage options outside of juice and coffee.

The fact that it was close to a lot of restaurants The surroundings were very good overall.🙂

The fact that the pool was very small And didn't like the fact that the facility card wouldn't properly work to open the fence for the pool and one of the workers told me that they Wouldn't fix it because it Would cost them $200 to fix it🤔. instead they want you to ask them to open it. And that was an issue since they saw me Trying to open it with my card That didn't work because of the faulty issue that they Are aware of. Disappointing had my children eager to go swimming. and they wouldn't offer or consider asking me if I wanted them to open it made me feel like not even bothering them.😕
