Everything was convenient in the hotel. Food was good, they offered some amenities, staff was very nice.

It was far to go anywhere by car. That was my mistake…I thought the place was closer to the London Bridge. It was too hot to travel by ferry back and forth. My friend did not want to ride the ferry. So we stayed there most of the trip. There was also a pesty fly bothering us at lunch time. It was so hot they wanted to come inside too.

The location quiet beautiful views of the lake excellent beach area beautiful pool and hot tub rooms are nice updated clean hallways clean excellent staff housekeepers are great!! I will definitely be going back there on a regular basis I would give this a 12 if I could.

Ferry charge to get back to the hotel,, it should be free for people the stays in the hotel, plus there's nothing like restaurants, or stores on the hotel side,, not good.. that's the ferry should be free for hotel clients,,

This property was a diamond in the rough, it is on the California side of Lake Havasue all by itself, Absolutely nothing around it but a campground. If you want a place with shopping and restaurants this is not that place, but there is a water taxi that will take you across the lake, to Havasu city for $2.00 round trip. This place has nice beach access to the lake. It also has a small pool area as well. They have a delicious restaurant and small Casino.

I didn’t like the pool, it was very hot water not refreshing at all in 110 degree weather and it was dirty. You could tell people would go into the lake then go into the pool because there was sand and lake grass in the pool. They really need to put a couple of showers out on the pool deck to rinse off with and vacuum the pool every day at least in the summer time.

It was comfy, the staff was polite, everything was clean inside and out, the food was delicious, it’s right at the lake so it was perfect.

The only thing was the urgency of service at the restaurant and that goes down to poor management. I was in the food industry for years as a waitress including management. I heard complaints around me about it. It sucks because the food is so good and the staff is great, I just never got a refill each time I went unless I flagged them down or asked the busser. I stayed for 4 days and ate most my meals there. This was done on all three shifts. Also they never came back to check on the food to make sure it was up to par. Or having to get my check from them was a hassle. It’s like they forgot these things. Each step is important.

No conservative cable tv news. 2 slanted liberal stations CNN, ESPN. Sad.q1

The location was perfect for our boating expedition and we really enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent in the restaurant and the servers were great. Like every place in America the staffing was not adequate for the business levels but the staff was great. Shout out to the breakfast waitress on Sunday. She was swamped but she was great.

The cost of mooring our boat was a little high.

The drive in was beautiful. We saw some burros and coyotes! Once we got to the resort parking was right there. Very small resort. We arrived early so we were able to dine in their restaurant which was absolutely delicious! Played some slots and then our room was ready! The staff, the restaurant, the ferry crew and our room with lake view was 10/10!!

Everything exceeded our expectations

It was very clean. The rooms were very quite. it was nice having a restaurant on site and bar.

The stopper in the sink did not raise up hardly at all. If you tan the water to brush your teeth it filled up. Also the handle on the shower was installed backwards.

The location and cleanliness is fantastic

The resort takes a $250 deposit even though we only stayed one night. Staff was rude and acted like they hated their job. The woman that checked us out made bad comments about booking.com and stated we should book directly through them. Issue was, we couldn't get through on the phone to the resort.
