Heat Hotel

Loved the views, large deck, large room and appreciated the high quality Shampoo and conditioner. It was the first time ever I didn't use my own brought from home. This Malin + Goetz shampoo and conditioner was so high end that I bought it on Amazon after leaving. This shows how much the hotel wants to please guests. The Heat Hotel recommended a jet ski company operating from the boat slips in front of the hotel. We received a 10% discount being a guest at the Heat Hotel. They do boat rentals as well. Super convenient being in front of the hotel. There is a little area to get in the river via steps on the dock. We didn't notice them until we were leaving. This is a great unique place to stay for a balcony, walking ease, Easy water craft rentals and boat/people watching at the London Bridge.

No shelves in fridge making it hard to use. The shower side edges could use a deep clean. The bed is one that you sink in and it makes a rut. For those with back issues or stomach sleepers needing it more firm, this is not your bed.

If, like us, you’re going to Lake Havasu to see London Bridge you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Our balcony over looked the bridge which was only yards away. The room was clean and airy and we had the luxury of two beds and a balcony and all the staff we encountered were super helpful and friendly.

The air conditioning obviously has a few issues and there is a notice saying you can’t turn it too cool so we assume in the hotter months this could be an issue. when you went into the windowless bathroom the light came on with the fan and although efficient it was incredibly noisy! we would have liked a small safe in the room to store our passports and valuables.

The view of the bridge from the balcony was incredible.

We rented 2 rooms, one was very nice but the other one seemed outdated with worn carpeting & drab tile. The elevator is also looking run down with dirty floor that is peeling up from the edges. There is also no pool/jacuzzi or breakfast available at the hotel.

Our room was amazing. The view of London Bridge was wonderful and the staff very helpful. The room was very clean and the cleaning crew very dedicated.

We liked everything. There was nothing to dislike.

lovely big rooms; very comfortable with great views of the London Bridge, especially when lit up at night for Christmas. Liked that they provided real glasses, including wine glasses and a wine bottle opener, rather than disposable cups. Lovely to have a private outside deck on each room to sit too. Staff friendly and helpful

only one armchair per room even though the room was huge; would be nice to have 2 comfortable armchairs per room

The view was as expected, nice view of the london brdge and the water, the room was large and roomy, bed was comfortable and there was fresh paint in the room and hallway, nice size tv to watch

cob webbs in the patio, the shower floor could use some bleach to remove the mold in the corners, headboard on the bed was dusty, only one comfortable chair to sit in, the outdoor chairs and one desk chair were very uncomfortable to sit in so I had to put towels on the seat to sit and enjoy the view

The view from our King Suite was fantastic! We loved the location, the room, the bed is awesome! I don't think I ever slept better on vacation. Huge bathtub with jets! Big patio to overlook the bridge and channel.

Trash pick up from our room was non-existent during our stay. Housekeeping never came during our 5 day stay and so we used everything up and had tons of trash! However, I didn't report this because it was a deal breaker with everything else being so great!

location, great view, quiet (it was a Mon night), bar option which was nice for bringing drink back to room and enjoying in balcony, walkable to restaurants, nice walking paths along the channel

The view from the end room was spectacular both sunset and sunrise were great,the staff were professional and friendly,and the location gives you access to most everything within walking distance,I would recommend to my friends

Not much to dislike covid presented some problems but the hotel and the staffs work around more than made up for the inconvience

Terrific location, wonderful polite & helpful staff, Lovely clean & spacious room. Undercover parking was a blessing in the July heat.

Walls are a bit thin.
