The staff was excellent I got checked in right away and didn't have to wait I locked my keys a couple of times and they were really kind of unlock the door for me so I would say I had a great time the pool was excellent the room was excellent

No complaints I liked it everything was great everybody was great I had no complains at all I would probably stay over another night if I wanted to

You have to understand these are all old rooms. I used to stay here back in 2019 and to come back here and stay in 2022 I don't know if it's Under New Management but I can tell you that the remodel was done nicely. These are just old hotels and the rooms are old but they did do some upgrades and Front Desk Manager does not play so you ain't got your money you ain't staying if you ain't supposed to be there you better get off the property. Property manager is no nonsense and I like it.

Like I said it's old with an upgrade. I had one power outage while I was there but it came back on quickly and my TV went in and out but other than that it was a perfect stay.

The area may look a bit rough, however, this specific location stands out in its cleanliness, very quiet and the people staying there were quite civil and there was always staff somewhere watching the area which was nice. The rooms look lives in but because of the place being quiet and the beds being comfortable I got better sleep there than when I was at more expensive places.

I didn't like that it looked old and could use remodeling and the cheap bar soap.

It was quiet and a great price. Unfortunately, first night my key didn't work and I was locked out. They will not assist you after, I think it said 11pm for an extra key. That was a horrible adventures but the other two nights was awesome! Management lives on property, but they are professional and I didn't see them except during business hours

The property was excellent and the front desk manager was very, very helpful. I felt horrible as I had actually forgotten my key in my room and had to wake her up after 1am after a quick trip to the store. She was kind as ever and more than helpful. I was surprised at the very nice personal/private villa type of feel for the small room, although larger rooms are definitely available and appear to be worth their value as well.

I had no time to swim which is something I love. The pool was a beautiful blue and had a nice tranquil pond by it with nice flowers for that oasis type of effect.

The concierge was phenomenal and we were very comfortable with the room it was clean the pillows were so fluffy the shower pressure was perfect as well. The pricing was amazing. It might look like it needs a cost of paint but it was quiet no traffic just peaceful at least for us. I give this a 10 out of 10 and I'm very picking so this is a steal if you can get a booking. They are always sold out now I know why.

The gentlemen next door to us sounded like he was going to die the way he was coughing.

The unit is very big and close to food and Banner Desert Hospital... where I needed to be daily. For a lady staying here alone ... I felt very safe!! No one bothered me .. no knocking or selling things!! It was relatively quiet. I paid for another night 6th.. so my husband could rest after getting out of the hospital before leaving for our home. The shower and bathroom was very nice...just perfect. We had two Queen beds which were very comfortable . Parking is plentiful n right outside unit.

Well I was disappointed in the stove .. all the burners are covered in paint dots.. I guess they painted the kitchen n ceiling and forgot to cover the stove!! I tried turning on one but it smelled awful!!! So no cooking breakfast for me or any meal .

It was cheap and kind of dirty but it felt safe and it was right on their light rail line. It's hard to call Phoenix's downtown an actual downtown, but for $2 I could get a light rail ride from my safe but dirty motel to the airport and downtown Phoenix. If you want to save some money, this is a very nice option.

I just don't like Phoenix that much

I didn't like the fact that I ordered the room online and when I got there they did not give me the room I paid for . and on top that I friends that did the same thing and they were unsatisfied also I will never go there again.bad deal

Practical and uncomplicated. Nice staff, they took care of my luggage for one day. Quite. Old Swimming pool. Connected to the light train.

Really far from the center of Phoenix, even if linked via the Light Train.
