The Azure Hotel

I enjoy the staff Annette ,Gene , Glen two orhers, house keepers were freindly. Annette knows the area help us with places to go eat ,shop entertainment. Wife and I stay at .many hotels relocating from California When it comes to Customer Service along with being treated repectfully Annette gets that, not to say others don't.

Theres is a customer that sits in lobby most of the time avoid her.

Breakfast buffet was a surprise as I had read several reviews indicating it was no longer happening, and it was not advertised or listed on the website. Rooms were very nice, well equipped, clean. Shower had lots of hot water, fridge worked, TV had lots of stations, and the room had a safe.

Location could have been better. Nothing much close by, and I would not want to walk around the neighborhood at night. The coffee pods that came with the Keurig were quite stale and tasteless.

My wife I were in town to attend a concert at The Nile Theatre. We were looking for a hotel in close proximity to the venue, and found the Azure Hotel. The hotel is along the Metro Light Rail, which very convenient going to and from the concert. Our room was basic, but very clean. There is a pool and hot tub that we were able to use. There is also breakfast available. Ice and vending machines and coin operated washers and dryers a convenient feature. We were greeted at check-in by Annette. She was very friendly and inviting. She got us into our room quickly, which was very helpful because we had VIP tickets to meet the band before the concert. Her kindness made our overnight stay exceptional. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!

There are not a lot of places to get a bite to eat in the immediate vicinity after 10pm, at least not on the weekday we stayed there.

The place was very nice!! Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Big rooms with tall ceilings made it feel more spacious than other hotels!! The TV was an actual BIG screen!! (55") Keurig in your room!

Parking is limited. The area is a little ghetto but not enough residential to cause mass people roaming!!! Commute can be tough due to slow speeds. Center median has long runs which causes turn arounds often. Watch for law enforcement, they are there!! Prices are a little higher than I would like, but high prices bring higher class people, which in turn will keep that place clean!

The room was a 2 queen room. Very spacious and very clean! Nice size tv and lots of desk space. The beds were super comfortable. The pillows were ok but nothing beats your home pillows. Nice large bathroom with great water pressure in the shower.

The walls are a bit thin. You can hear just about every door open and close on your floor. Usually, noises are kind of muffled, but the doors, it was almost like it was your own door opening and closing. However, we left the tv on and were able to fall asleep.

Loved the look of the hotel - the pool and hot tub were great and the location was perfect - good value for price

the Manager, Glenn was a piece of work - very rude, arrogant and loud! His customer service skills leave a lot to be desired! He was verbally abusive to my girlfriend and treated her like she was stupid - all over a glitch in the system that he himself was involved with Dennice at the front desk was awesome and very accommodating - and obviously embarrassed by her boss' behaviour!

Denise and Angel were excellent. These two ladies were absolutely amazing and I felt bad on how the manager treated Denise when it was not her fault. Was not pleased how I was treated by the manager Glenn Bartlo they had an issue with their processing and instead basically was telling me I had no money it was declined and treated me like I was worthless. Then did not match the price I was quoted on booking .com. I would say he was a bully with me. very unprofessional.

Denise and Angel again awesome ladies. They need to be recognized. Rooms were spacious and loved the high ceilings. Place was very clean. Hard working cleaning staff. Pool was very clean and hot tub was great. Great location.

I came in 5mins. Early and the lady with braces in front desk was soooo rude! The way she approached people is not good! The cleanliness of the room was great my my little baby sleep all night long with no issues.

Staff is friendly and always accommodating. Front desk also helped me with getting quarters for the washer and dryer. Second time staying here over the week d and it’s a peaceful place to stay at. Plan on staying here more often.

Not sure about the parking passes. I understand why though. I come into town to be with my 2 year old daughter and her mother needs a spot to part her car and I worry that it might get towed if she stays to long. I should have asked for a second parking pass so it’s mainly my fault for feeling that way.

Clean, comfortable beds, the front desk attendant was super friendly and nice. The decor in the rooms and lobby were attractive. Liked having “wood”/vinyl floors. Nice attention to detail.

The price was a bit high. Didn’t like paying a $100 deposit. The walls were a bit thin…you could hear people talking in the hallways. Also we didn’t appreciate the cleaning crew just about walking in (would have if we hadn’t had the door latched). We didn’t hear a knock or call out. We also had the Do Not Disturb on the door, and it was well before 11am (checkout time).
