Best Western Superstition Springs Inn

I like the new paint job on the exterior I think that the floors need to be cleaned cuz they felt damp like the carpet and maybe a lighter color it sort of sketchy having a really dark color

The first lady that was checking me in wasn't being nice at all very unpleasant face no smile wanted to refuse my service because my credit card said my married name and my driver's license said my maiden name yet I showed her a checkbook and another credit card that had both names finally the lady that came from behind told her to let it go because she does that with her husband too so Props to the lady that look like she was Indian thank you for letting me stay we enjoyed the room very much

Honestly the pillows were super comfortable, and I was able to fall asleep quickly. The people were also kind, during check in and out. The breakfast the next day was very filling. I appreciated the variety of food offered.

A couple of things stand out to me, and some are just my personal preference. For one, the air conditioner was pointed directly at the bed which made for a chilly night, but that was fixed with blankets to the chin. Then the toilet clogged easily, but we just fixed that by pouring an abundant amount of water in to get it to flush.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no smoking in or near the building. The room was big enough for 6 adults to sit and talk.

We asked for our trash emptied and clean towels daily and we only got this one time. There were never towels at the pool. They were out of butter the entire week we were there. McDonalds drive through was loud and constant. Trash was loud and picked up at 6:00 am or before.

The breakfast was delicious! Nicer still was that the hostess was helpful with using the waffle grille and put in a reservation for us to have a to go brfst the next day when we had to leave at 4:30 AM.

We transferred rooms as the first smelled of mold to my girlfriend. Then the second day and "to go" reservations did not get transferred as well. We had to return to office to get key to room to work and wait for "To go" to be made up.

We really like the location for our bike rides and we really appreciated the way your hostess handled the breakfast area. Any time we needed something, like tissues or toilet paper, it was taken care of on the spot too.

I thought our room needed the carpet to be cleaned. My slippers got really dirty, and when I stepped in the tub, I noticed it showed dirt from my feet.

We parked right in front of our room. Our room was clean with fresh linens in the bathroom each day. Our bed was comfortable. Quiet, restful atmosphere with great location for dining and shopping. We have stayed here a couple of times before and will stay here again. We wish more motels were like this one. We travel across 4 or 5 states working at special events and it is difficult to find such caring facilities.

As a square & round dancer (choreographed ballroom) perfect location for dance events at Leisure World, super oranges at breakfast!

Include original oatmeal packets with all the sugared ones

Everyone at this property were extremely helpful and kind! Great location, staff, and amenities, the Best Western here is exceptional. Thank y’all for a terrific stay.

The location was excellent but also very busy!

Good variety of breakfast even for those who eat gluten free

one washer was not working which probably would have been fine but someone else left laundry in for overnight and well into the next morning.

I had a really good time at this hotel. Loved the pool and hot tub . The staff was wonderful. Everyone is nice there. It's so clean.

Pillow were lumpy and blanket was scratchy
