Hyatt Place Phoenix Gilbert

location near restaurants and shopping, views of the Gilbert Temple after room change, easy to get to rooms, parking lot, breakfast.

Initial room check in the sink wasn’t draining and the room wasn’t as clean as hoped for, but after addressing it with staff, we were moved to a room with a working sink and it was very clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful and friendly!

Most of the days the food was unacceptable. Bacon was burnt, waffles hard as a brick, coffee cold, eggs cold. Very displeased. I chose this place because I had stayed in a previous Hyatt in Iowa and their breakfast was superb. Great great selection and good. The staff was excellent. So nice , very helpful, and cared about the guests.

Hospitality and friendly staff, very accommodating as they were responsible for. Handicap accommodations not good at all.

We were moved over to another room the second night because we needed handicap room. It was made available, thank you. Your rooms need alot to be desired for handicap. There was only one security bar on the far....far side of water faucets. Very dangerous. The toilet seat extremely low, no bars at. We did go the restroom at gas station for easeability. Handicap person just didn't shower at hotel. Everything was nice and clean and friendly.

Staff was wonderful, a couple of issues they handled with professionalism and ease. Beds were comfortable, the breakfast was fine and there was plenty of areas for seating with friends in the lobby. Certainly a fair value, thank you.

The breakfast was pretty bad. Oatmeal was not cooked at all.

Towels by the pool. I called and asked for some and no one brought them out. Thankfully it was warm out. Also no jacuzzi at this location.

fairly new property but wall trim was falling off, coffee pod from previous tenant was still in the coffee pot

we booked it because it was a Hyatt property.

the bathroom was disgusting. there were pubic hairs in the bathtub and a very visible soap ring. absolutely filthy. we travel often and will never stay here again

Breakfast was AMAZING, my kids were full and happy with the selections they got to choose. The times given plenty amount for it's value. I loved it keep it up.

Everything was cool, Nothing else needed to be Done. Just maybe get a bigger bathroom once in there you stuck LOL. and TV position maybe more room to move around.

Newer hotel with nice sized room and amenities on site. If you need a place to eat or shop, there are many new strip malls near by.

Staff was frustrated at check in as it appeared they were overbooked. Fortunately our room was available.

It was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and in a good location. The staff was very friendly. We had a long day of driving and the front desk clerk got us checked in rather quickly. We were traveling with a truck and trailer so we needed plenty of space to park. The parking lot was spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Very accommodating.
