Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort

The lady that checks us in on the evening shift is very courteous and professional. I like the spacious rooms and it's only 5 minutes to our daughter's home.

The pull out bed on the couch had crumbs in it from someone before, and the mattress was uncomfortable on the couch. The couch itself was very worn with rips in the part of the cushions that met the back part of the couch. it just needs a new couch. The light switches were in odd places in the bedroom. Everything else was great.

Appeared to be recently refurnished. Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and scrubbers provided. There was also a broom, hairdryer and extra towels provided too. The laminate floors were easy to clean if needed and kept the room smelling clean.

Had to park a bit further than I would have liked on the last day we were there, parking near building 7 was filled. Lots of handicapped parking , if you need it.

We had a studio, the size & comfort of it was great, but the adjoining door between units was not at all soundproof!! Could hear way too much of what the neighbors were saying & doing! Did talk to the manager of the resort when checking out. She was in the lobby and asked how her state was, I did tell her everything was good except for that issue. She said that they are in the process of replacing those doors and she realized that was a problem. I feel the staff works hard to make this a nice place to stay.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Large room with complete kitchen, living area, and large bathroom. Beautiful and relaxing surroundings. An easy walk to the neighboring restaurant to relax on their patio with a drink or meal. They also offered delivery, but I loved walking over there. Really enjoyed the pool as well. Great staff, very helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and recommend it over a regular hotel room.

One evening the people in the neighboring room were noisy, and I think it would have helped to have something to block sound under the door. (They happened to be staying in the adjoining room to mine.) But this was only a minor issue, greatly offset by how wonderful the rest of the experience was!

Location convenient. Size of rooms . Bed extra comfortable!

No dead bolts on the doors connecting to the room next door. No way to confirm it’s shut firmly without checking it a couple of times and pressing hard. The connecting door isn’t very thick and anyone could use a shoulder to just push it open. It was myself and my daughter we moved the couch in front of that door to feel better.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet, didn't hear other guests while in room.

Definitely need more lounge chairs around the pool. Also, pool so close to busy road and traffic was loud which doesn't make the pool as relaxing as it could be.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing pool with towels.. Hot tub clean and warm.. Restaurant on site with bar and food.. Staff very friendly and helpful.. Rooms are immaculate and have a kitchenette and large bathroom.. The bed was massive and very ornate.. I would recommend highly

adjoining room doors that were closed allowed regular volume tv and conversation to be heard from the next room bed was too soft

Liked having to enter room from outside. Always felt safe. Grounds well kept. Live music and good food at restaurant. Pleasant surprise. Everyone friendly. Outdoor Sitting was very pleasant. Enjoyed quiet and watching the ducks on the golf course and near waterfall.

Room, facility, check-in, staff were all good. Happy with our stay.

It was very noisy with being on a busy roadway. Can't be helped, but we did not sleep well with that noise. No golf on grounds seemed odd for a golf resort.
