Comfort Inn Payson

I love that they allow debit, prepay, cash deposit, most places require major credit cards or banking for liability, which I live from paycheck to paycheck I ain't got credit really and don't use major bank branches, so alot of our favorite places to stay hotels ECT have new policies, even though we have stayed and we're loyal costumers they turned us away cause card was prepay same card I always used before. Kind of felt like I have to have assets to stay now, here I booked my room and had no promblem at check in paying with my card, you don't have to be wealthy to stay here but get to enjoy on some simply luxuries. Needless to say I felt welcome regardless of my current status, or money situation. Husband and I were about to take granddaughter and son there for a family outing, without drama, in a secure quiet and relaxing environment, with a night swim entire pool to ourselves. Memorable stay💕👍

Not much to complain about if I had to pick something, I would prefer next time to be on first floor, only because of a one year old and my husband is disable and we had alot of cargo, crib ECT. So it was more work but still not necessarily a problem we got by just fine

It was clean and comfortable. It was also more modern and well-kept appearing than some of the other hotels/motels in town that charge the same or more. Bkfst is enough to get you going until lunch, and the morning staff is cheerful.

I was looking for an exercise room after a long day behind the wheel. I prefer that over pool or spa. Instead we took a walk down to the post office and back up the side streets behind the property, which seem safe enough. And it's a bit pricey for the location, but competitive with other hotels in town.

The pool was absolutely wonderful and got to spend time with my daughter after 9 years wished it never had to end cried all the way home

Nothing everything went we Ied hoped for a room with a jacuzzi tub for the price on booking app but the app was incorrect . l hope I receive my free night for my next booking in a room that has a jacuzzi tub in room . Thank you

Breakfast was only yogurt or pastry and tea or coffee.

Location in Payson is great. Unique to have a jetted tub in the room. I liked being on the ground floor and at the end of the building away from the street. Indoor pool and spa was nice. Breakfast food not so good, but regular fare will return in April. Will stay here again.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Had everything we needed. Lots of things walking distance. Kids enjoyed pool. Plenty of options in the hotel breakfast bar. Beds were comfy.

Zero complaints actually

The breakfast was great fast and efficient. There were a few construction people staying there. They ate a filling breakfast that was made. We actually tipped the lady doing the morning set up. She was very nice.

Loved the room with a hot tub. It was great for winding down after being out hiking and seeing area sites

There was no door card or easy way to let the staff know that we wanted the room cleaned. I had inform cleaning staff personally

We just loved the location not far from where you can hike and play in snow, plus their beds and pillows were sooo comfy i wish i could of took them home :). Breakfast wasnt served but im guessing from covid and thats understandable but they do have cakes in bags and yogurt plus lemonade coffee and tea in the lobby

How noisy neighbors were slamming doors and heavy stompers above us all hours of the night.

We love staying here. The location can't be beat and everyone is always super friendly. Rooms are always clean and parking is easy.
