GreenTree Inn & Suites Pinetop

Better than I expected. This was my first time staying with this brand of hotel. The facility is well maintained, very clean and even has a small bar in the lobby. Staff were very welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. Quite location. Chose to eat breakfast across the street so we didn't check in to see what was offered at the hotel. All in all, very pleased with the value of this location

Room we had is directly over the lobby/entrance so you could hear when the front doors opened/closed. Wasn't distracting or affect sleep any. Would be nice if there was an Ice Machine on the second floor.

Everything was great except where noted below, the pool was great and my kids loved that they could swim inside while there was snow on the ground outside.

The breakfast ran short of food after 8am. They had run out of milk by that time. The food was good and we were able to eat the other items, but bacon ran out after 8am. I know it was busy due to the 3 day weekend but that should have been planned for.

The cost was great. Rooms very clean and modern. Hot breakfast was on point. My only disappointment was that my room was not on bottom floor and was placed on 2nd floor far from elevator when I asked for special accommodations due to my limited mobility. I feel staffing should have reached out to me upon receiving my reservations with my request that accommodations could not be fulfilled so I could have reserved elsewhere.

That my accommodations weren't met and no follow-up was made to me if/when staffing new they couldn't meet my request.

I liked the location for us. My husband loved the heated cookies, front bar, and breakfast. The front desk staff were polite, kind, and answered all of our questions. They always had a smile! We had hot water and a nice mattress. Our TV worked well and we had enough hangers in the closet. We liked the hand soap, cleansing, and conditioner arrangement.

We liked our room but it did have some things that needed to be fixed! The head of the bathroom faucet came off when you try to turn it on and off---I learned how to turn it on and off in a special way so that it did not happen. Our microwave did not work so was not able to use it. My husband checked the connection but to no avail. The toilet leaked by the handle when you flushed it. When you took a shower, the shower diverter was not functioning properly so you got a half shower and half bath running water.

The hotel was great. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.We both have health issues. The front desk made sure we had a room to meet our needs.Can't say enough about the people, Sherri the girl that served our breakfast was so warm and friendly. We had drinks at the lounge and couldn't ask for better service. The room was very clean plenty of hot water. Nlce king size bed.

I really can't say anything bad

We had a reservation at a different hotel; when we arrived and I tried to ask the person at the front desk a few questions about check in. The lady was so rude that we immediately cancelled our reservation with them, and made one with Green Tree for an even better price for a better hotel. Green Tree's check in person was fabulous and kind, she was fast, efficient and made us laugh. Our check out person even ran back to the room for me, as I walk with a cane, to bring me something I had forgotten in the room. Best customer service ever!!!

My only concern was the pillows .. they were too good, lol. They were a little too firm and thick for my neck. There were no smaller or thinner pillows available, but still had a great stay.

The staff always said hello when we walked by very friendly I also like the little bar that you all have even though we didn’t actually have a drink there it was kind of cool to see that it was open just in case!

Only thing that could’ve been better is the pool wasn’t open yet I guess we’ve been staying here for the last well many years even when it was Holiday Inn we stayed with you all

Staff very helpful. Good ammenities for a small hotel. Very nice modern chair for the desk

There was an easy chair in our room with a foot stool. Fabric finish but it was so dirty we couldn't use either piece. Put pool towels over it to sit in . I don't expect the housekeeping person to clean this but they should have told management that it needs to be attended to.

Complimentary hot breakfast. Staff person manned the table and put the requested food on a plate for me. This was my first time staying at a Green Tree property. Although it was an older property, I was impressed.

Refrigerator did not have a freezer section to keep my ice packs frozen.

I love the comfy bed. the breakfast was a nice hot breakfast and coffee was good. I like the location. close to great restaurants and the Hon Dah casino. just a nice comfortable hotel. I like the fact that pets are not allowed. I will definitely be back!

I wish they would have had a blow dryer in the room. maybe some fruit for breakfast. not a deal breaker at all but maybe a few suggestions.
