Days Inn by Wyndham Show Low

The location is perfect, in heart of downtown close to markets, gas, and services. Property is nicely tucked behind the main road so very quiet at night. The renovations and improvements are very noticeable. Although I didn’t enjoy the pool on this stay it looked clean and very inviting.

It’s in showlow, theres nothing of good fun to be had around this town. Sad to see the city neglect local commerce. Car dealership after car dealerships, no clothing stores, no shopping to be enjoyed, all requires a 15-20 min drive in heavy summer traffic. Not fun showlow. Great town, its time to put flagstaff in the back seat. Let’s go Showlow.

I was very satisfied with the room and breakfast that came with the booking. I did have an issue with the room reservation through booking.com. I had booked the room with 3 guests. Upon check in only 2 of us actually made the trip. I asked that the 3rd person be removed from the reservation as I was being charged for amenities that were not being used. I was told I needed to call booking.com in order to change the booking. I contacted booking.com who updated the booking and the cost did not go down in fact the price went up. The hotel did not charge my account until I contacted booking.com again to get the issue resolved. I was told by booking.com that there was a 5 to 7 hour time frame to give me an answer on why the cost had increased instead of decreasing with the reduction of a guest. The hotel informed me that booking.com had not reduced or corrected my reservation they had in fact pushed my credit card through and no notification of the outcome. The hotel however, gave me a refund on my reservation after finding that booking.com had pushed my card through. I will use this hotel again however, I do not think I will use booking.com.

the evening person with the tattoos I referred to her like that because I don't know her name not very good when you check in it sets the tone for the experience I've stayed there about 30 times and it keeps getting worse so I have decided to find other hotel to stay in. Also the restaurant attached is still dreadful. too bad such a good location and set up

We overall enjoyed our stay here. Warm welcome, clean, definitely feels family-operated. Enjoyed learning about the history of this region and hotel. We liked the breakfast - lots of options, everything was fresh and tasty.

Beds were a little hard, and info from booking.com did not all come through to their system. But, these are minor things. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

I liked the room alot. There were plenty of rooms available. There is an outdoor pool but they told me they do not open it until June because of the temps. There is a upstairs Bar in the front lobby that is available to go to. The breakfast that is included in this day is at the restaurant in front of the hotel. It was a great breakfast to choose from. The room was nice and comfy.

Well I didn't like the pool being closed because that's what I came for but it wasn't a total buzz killer.

Pet friendly! Also the breakfast included is actually from the connecting cafe, real breakfast! -not those cheesy, awful buffets you usually see. You get to pick from a menu and waited on. Nice included treat! Fun little(nothing fancy) bar upstairs with friendly staff and that’s thru out the property :) everyone very nice!

You get a voucher for the cafe that is on site for breakfast. It was very good. Staff very friendly too. Plus there is a sports bar on site too, the bartender was very nice. Comfortable bed.

When I booked I requested a bottom floor room, I didn't get it. The room had a bad stale odor maybe it was the carpet, not sure, but it was very strong. Clean room just an odor.

Received vouchers from front desk for breakfast attached to the hotel and the restaurant was super good! The hotel is one of the first in the area and is quaint in atmosphere and the staff friendly, room clean, beds great so all around a great experience and the hotel has a history of how Show Low came to be ~ first night we arrived about 8 blocks of main street in town had a parade and Christmas lights you would not believe ~ so fortunate we arrived when we did. Loved it ~~~

Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome! They give you vouchers for breakfast at the cafe on the property and it was so much better than the breakfast that one usually gets in house. The pool was nice and it was easy to access the rooms.

Parking could have been better, but it was not a problem. It is not a new property but the location is great.

Liked the staff they were friendly the whole time. The parking lot was easy to drive in. I liked having the restaurant nearby with great food.

The wi fi connection seemed to disconnect often. The chairs in the room were a little worn. The bath tub needs refinishing. The room needs better lighting the middle of the room is dim.
