Pinetop Studio Suites

We were greeted just with a professional and friendly mannor. the perfect dinner place was suggested and it was a joy to relax in the jacuzzi the next morning. Even though the sign said it opened at 8 AM it wasn't ready but the staff did immediately prepare for our use.

The mattresses slid when sitting on the bed so had to be slid back into place a couple of times.

Room was comfortable, nicely decorated. Liked the refrigerator and microwave set up. AC worked beautifully! Really liked the VUDU selection on the Roku tv.

Toilet filled with too much water causing my backside to get wet. The door access code was hand written. No water glasses.

I know you are still renovating and short staffed. Plug ins for coffee pot did not work and no cups available. I just moved it to desk and bought cups from Dollar Tree. Wooden chairs not comfortable to rest in, but okay for table. Our mattress kept sliding on the new platform and no blankets on bed—just sheets and bedspread.

Jamie and her staff are world class in hospitality. I have stayed at resorts in Sedona, and even worked for other hotels and have yet to find any other places around the area that offers incredible service and a beautiful place to stay. Nothing compares to how good these people will make you feel. Even during Covid times, they do not do room service but they will personally come and ask if you need anything replenished. Any thing you need, they will go above and beyond to try and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I sincerely am very blessed and grateful to have found this safe haven in such a beautiful area. They truly know how to treat a guest and make you feel at home.

There is not one complaint or thing I did not like: comfy beds, super disinfected and tidy, Spacious room with microwave and it has a giant mounted big screen TV. There is not one thing I did not like.

We were looking forward for the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi but we had a late check in, she let us use the premises anyways they were really nice and made us feel welcomed. They’re cc machine wasn’t working but they have other options like Zelle, Venmo and more so we were able to check in, plus they also accept cash.

I like that my room is always super clean. I get a big screen TV, a fullsize fridge, full size microwave, a kitchenette area . The rooms are huge. The wifi works perfect and has a powerful signal. And more than anything , the staff is just super lovely, genuine, and down to earth. I always enjoy talking with them, and I highly recommend their Studio 6. It is an awesome experience. Thank you Jamie, her super adorable dog Molina that is just as friendly as Jamie , and the rest of the staff. I greatly appreciate you all so very much . I appreciate you all. Also, Molina loves my dog and is always so gentle and sweet and even likes to escort us to our room. SUPER PET FRIENDLY place and no extra charge either .

I enjoyed and liked my experience. I have no feedback for improvement. Excellent hotel the Manager Jamie and the rest of the staff do an excellent job every time. The rooms are super clean . The area is beautiful. The weather is always perfect. I love it here .

The entire staff was very friendly. They were trying very hard to make it a nice visit for us. I could tell they're trying to be a great place to stay, and they had people working on it. It was really a good experience.

The area is very lovely with its deeply wooded surroundings. The hotel has this very "The Shinning" Kind of vibe but in no way a negative. It added to the good experience I had. It just looked like the set a bit for some reason. There are a lot of interesting locally owned and operated shops, historic sites and very delicious steak houses and restaurants. The staff is respectable and friendly. Very much not crowded and are practicing COVID safety practices and measures from what I saw. No room service for stay overs, but the lovely staff asks everyone personally if they need anything replenished. Fantastic. The hotel itself is relatively quiet. It is in a scenic wooded area very near to all the points of interest.

I can not think of one thing that I did not like about the hotel. I guess because of COVID restrictions at the time the SPA was closed. THEY HAVE A SANA!!!! I will be returning again for the Spring weather.

The room was nice and clean. TV, microwave, and wifi really helped.

The drain in the bath tub was not working. The water would not flow. The staff at the reception was not available when checking in and checking out.

The set-up of the 3 bed room. Decor was perfect. The almost regular sized fridge was a huge plus. The staff was great and the beds were comfortable.

There was an enter/exit card badging door that did not work so guest and family were proping it open. This is not safe.
