Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tucson, an IHG Hotel

2 Adults & 4 children (17, 15, 7, & 2) 2 Queen & 1 Sofa Bed Suite 2nd floor Excellent property! Very spacious and clean rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Free toiletries, in case you forget. Complimentary DOVE Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash as well as Lotion and Hand Soap! Breakfast was on point (Yogurt, Pastries, Bagels, Toast, Cinnamon Toast, Pancakes, Egg, Sasausage, Cheese Omelets, Cereal, Fresh Fruit, Milk, Chocolate Milk, Apple Juice, Coffee). Breakfast staff was amazing 👏, brought my 2yr old boxed apple juice. Staff constantly refilling stations and cleaning tables. Quick check in and out.

The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bed was very comfortable even the pillows. The desk and adjoining counter was spacious. The staff at the desk and at breakfast was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, breakfast beverages, sausage, bagels, bread, and delicious warm cinnamon rolls! We will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is a couple of blocks from the 10 freeway.

The shower was a little slippery and the shower curtain was short. Water got on the floor. The counter could use some extra shelves and a towel bar would be nice. But, this would not prevent us from staying here again.

Courteous desk staff and nice location, fairly clean room.

My partner said the room smelled a bit moldy. Staff on morning of departure was lacking. Desk staff was hanging out with someone and didn’t come up front to check us out. We knew this because we saw that someone take breakfast into the office. Breakfast was 10-15 minutes late to start and the staff member apologized but them muttered a remark behind me, stating “Some people just don’t know what they’re doing.” I ignored the remark and proceeded to our table.

Super clean! Loved the window blinds, AC & refrigerator. Enjoyed the up lighting on cabinet closet. I saw numerous staff always cleaning, mopping & whiping an already clean lobby area. Well done. Nicest 2 star hotel I've stayed in. Even enjoyed the pool:) great pillows & towels! Good selection of TV channels. GREAT ROOM!

Great breakfast selection even during Covid! Staff was so great, very helpful and friendly! The beds were comfy and there were plenty of lights and plugs for all of our phones and devices. Nice to have a little microwave and fridge. Bonus there was a safe.

Our room had a stagnant dirty foot smell and since the window was glued shut, we couldnt air it out. Also, perhaps the a/c units in the rooms should have stickers on them to tell the guest to use the wall thermostat, we spent several moments trying to turn it on from the unit. Im sure the front desk person would appreciate not getting those calls. Laundry room was locked and the ICE machine was in there so we had to take the elevator downstairs just to get ice.

Running low on eggs when we came to breakfast and then were completely out for awhile. Would have liked bacon instead of sausage. Coffee and juices and breads were great.

Only one Keurig cup of regular coffee was provided. Needed two for two people.

It is always good to stay at Holiday Inn in any city. Rooms are spacious, breakfast always good, I love the bacon and coffee. Always clean, no messy areas.

I cant complain at all on anything.

We enjoyed the breakfast , we had the biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage. The area was quiet and safe. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was just meh.

Bed… but was clean and pillows nice. Just the bed I didn’t like.

The site was clean. Check-in took no time. The staff was friendly. We do recommend this hotel. Breakfast was just perfect for our needs. We'll stay again here.

We like the sheets and pillows...very cozy The shampoo dispenser was a very nice touch more economical than the little bottles

The bathroom sink didn't drain very well ...needs draino
