Candlewood Suites Tucson, an IHG Hotel

The facilities were great. Large room, comfy bed, armchair, kitchenette, cooking utensils and pans, huge fridge-freezer, bath with a plug that worked (!), curtains stopped all light coming in too. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, there was a small shop for milk, food and drink items and the laundry was free. We were on the top floor over the pool and bbq area and needed an early night so were a little worried about noise but even on a Saturday night, all was quiet down there by 10pm.

The only negative was that the air con in the room made a loud clunk every time it turned off in the night, loud enough to wake us up each time which was a shame.

Location to work and restaurants; always friendly staff!

only one complaint but has happened a few times; unfortunately, the house keeper arrives early in the morning before checkout; after working all night, I really need to catch a couple of hours sleep before the long drive home…the “Busy” magnet doesn’t deter this disturbance.

Nice and tucked away from the business of the area, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was extremely polite and friendly. Lots of places around to eat or have delivered.

We always check the cleanliness of the bedding and noticed that the mattress cover was quite worn, That should probably be replaced. Didn't care for the wet utensils.

This location does not offer breakfast, but they do have a cupboard. The pet friendly hotel was the reason we booked. We were very well satisfied. Quiet neighborhood. Upscale staff and clientele. I highly recommend this place. The beds in the king suite had me dreaming in now time.

No breakfast, but that's ok. There is a Whataburger, McDonald's and a Burger King nearby.

Location was close to Hospital but with options with a shopping center just down the street in corner.

I reserved a room with two beds and when I checked in they didn’t have any available so they had to give me a roll away bed which was not comfortable

You’re room doesn’t get cleaned unless you call the front desk and request it. We were never told that when we checked in so the 1st day our room wasn’t cleaned or restocked with fresh towels, coffee, etc. one of our kitchenette cabinets was also broken and we were told they would come fix it but never did.

Location was good. Local services close by and all around this location. Even the little store in the lobby was good. This location had free laundry and guest services was good.

The internet was slow

I love the customer service I got from checking in to checking out. Made me feel comfortable! Will definitely go back!

Bed was to hard for my liking. But blankets did help with it to be comfortable.

Location is perfect, close to work and stores, restaurants. Staff is the best and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Minor repairs needed; to cabinets in kitchen; dishes weren’t washed and I ran the cycle twice-detergent dispenser didn’t release tablet. Not a major problem; hand washed what I needed.
