Sedona Real Inn & Suites

The breakfast was wonderful. A variety each morning. We enjoyed eating on the patio with our service dog. The staff treated Maxi like a VIP. When we checked in she was given a goody bag with treats and her name was put on a welcome sign at the front door. We loved the beautiful little park that was perfect for dogs. Our room was comfortable, and we really liked the arrangement. It was very clean and the whole property was well maintained, both inside and out. We would definitely recommend Sedona Real Inn and Suites!

The guest laundry was on the second level accessible only by climbing steps. I have severe arthritis and cannot climb steps, so I wasn't able to do some much needed laundry.

My favorite thing was probably the breakfast area. It was very pretty and the food was awesome. There were a lot of foods that I haven’t had before and they were delicious. The scenery and the outdoors were beautiful Even the chef was so nice that he gave us scavenger hunt so we can do.

Don’t worry, everything’s was awesome. Wish we had some time to explore the place. Nice service everywhere you went. Nothing was bad to be honest. The only thing that we didn’t like was that we only stayed for one day. We wish we stayed longer.

Fantastic location outside of the real hustle and bustle of the town center. Easy access to many trails (especially close to Fay Canyon, Doe Mountain, Peace Park etc), and about a 5 min drive into town. Staff was wonderful- we had a situation with our neighbors in the first room, and we were quickly moved. In addition, my car battery decided to die on the morning we needed to get to the airport, and the staff was so helpful getting my car jumped. Breakfast was really nice to start our day and they provide a lot of choices from hot breakfast (eggs, homefries, breakfast meat), waffles, to cereal and bagels. Location directly across the street from a Juice bar, and some stores that are open later than those in town.

All 3 rooms were close together, one was upstairs, but that was ok. Rooms are very nice, comfy beds, loved the big roomy bathroom. Hot tub was great. breakfast is ALWAYS great here, I've been here before. I knew were doing a big hike and my group would appreciate the amazing breakfast, so that is why we chose this location, plus the hotel is a little out of the way, which I loved. Also water refill station for our camelbacks was AWESOME

communication with front desk when originally booking was rough. We booked through booking.com and the emails were confusing...had to call and confirm a few times that we had 3 rooms, the emails were confusing.

Real Inn had it all! Great location, great service, great room/amenities! We were close to many restaurants, shops and attractions. The breakfast was fresh and filling with just enough variety. There is plenty of parking close to the rooms. And every member of the team that we interacted with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. 100% would recommend!

The staff is so welcoming, sincerely friendly, and truly caring. They even carried my oversized bag upstairs to my room for me. The grounds offered outdoor options and were very attractive. The breakfast was prepared in a scratch kitchen so not like any chain hotel. I didn't realize they offered some wonderful gatherings/programs for yoga, meditation, music, etc. I am looking forward to staying again at Sedona Real Inn & Suites and trying one of their programs. Thank you to the lovely staff and for a very safe and accommodating stay!

Better lighting in the parking lot, but that said, I actually drove to a few hotel choices before deciding and it seems they were all being conservative about night lighting.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and easy to get to with ample parking. We enjoyed the pool and spa the two days we were there and the staff was accommodating to make sure we could access it when we wanted to. Rooms were quiet. This is an excellent value for the price when compared with other hotels in the area. The breakfast had everything we needed to start our day and there was fruit you could pick up at any time for a quick snack.

Some staff were extremely helpful in providing additional suggestions for attractions to see while others required a bit more questioning. But overall we learned enough about the area to see a number of attractions that were not on our original itinerary. The hotel was unable to sell us the Red Rock Pass for the parks but they directed us to a gas station that was very close where we were able to purchase it without issue.

Staff was absolutely a pleasure, always smiling and so welcoming. The facilities were always clean and our room was spacious. The breakfast was healthy with an array of eggs, breakfast potatoes and sausage, it also offered oatmeal, make it yourself waffles, toast and other pastries. I loved that they had a coffee/tea station available in the reception hall until 12 am. They also offered some meditation and stretching classes and a wonderful classical guitarist that played two of the days we were there by a fire pit in the cool evening nights. The dog park was a plus too, it was very clean. It was so pet friendly.

I can honestly say I don’t have anything to complain about.

The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We are a vegan/vegetarian family so we'd like to see more hot food offerings to accommodate the growing number of people with this lifestyle. The front desk personal were pleasant and extremely helpful with whatever was needed. My 10 year old granddaughter was so happy to play the scavenger hunt game and we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

We found the room very dark and poorly lit. The dark color of the walls and low lighting made it difficult to read/see at times.

We enjoyed staying at Sedona Real Inn & suites. It’s close to everything and the staff were just so friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean as well and the hot breakfast was a plus!!! I will highly recommended this place to all of my friends who will be visiting Sedona someday. Thank you to all the staff. My eldest daughter would like to thank all the staff as well because she would usually stay in the lobby to study at night and one of the staff gave her like rice crispy. It’s amazing how little gesture can make a huge impact to someone ! It really means a lot. Your staff value your guests and that’s really important.
