Budgetel Inn & Suites

This motel is exactly what it seems. A cheap motel, with clean sheets, towels, a fridge, microwave, and AC. It doesn't pretend to be the Ritz Carlton. Some of the reviews complained of bedbugs or roaches, I saw neither. I like cheap motels. This is a great one. The sole complaint I had was the WiFi was sketch at peak hours. For $53 I can live with that. Great location, everything within walking distance. Much quieter than the $100 place I stayed in last t6ime.

Wifi

Nice room with fridge, microwave, and a good sized flat screen tv. It had a desk and chair along with a good sitting chair. Good value for the money for sure.

It's on an intersection between two busy roads. I could hear the vehicles but I was on the end next to the two roads. I feel that over half of the rooms wouldn't have any issue and I'm kind of a light sleeper. Still a great hotel with a great family dollar within walking distance.

Room size was just right for an overnight stay, or even more. Bed was very comfortable, and bedding was fine. Large working table with office chair, and large dresser too. Shower was European style, with curtain, but we did not shower since it was an overnight stay. Bathroom was clean although lacking in accessory care except for soap bars. The shower had dispensers on the wall for hair care I assumed. Large TV on the wall with remote and hardcopy menu of channels, including HBO & AMC. Excellent organization at the Front Desk. You can't miss the location if you look up as you approach by car since there is a 200-foot pole supporting a large sign greeting you!

Missing a plastic laundry bag. We always bring our own.

It was quiet. The water pressure was great. Everything was clean. The woman at the front desk was cheerful when I checked in despite it being 1AM. It was only a half mile or so from the freeway.

The microwave was on top of the fridge and the fridge was missing the front left foot. When I went to open the fridge it lurched and almost tossed the microwave into the floor. Luckily I was able to catch it before it slid to far off. Also there was no coffee maker. The shower stall was small and the handicap rail was very loose. I would not trust it with any real weight. Google maps navigation took me to the wrong place, about a block away on the wrong side of the light. Not the properties fault.

The room was better than expected : we had two queen beds instead of one big, thank you ! It was not noisy at all while we were very closed to the road :) The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with !

Mattress a bit old

The staff because every staff member I came in contact with, they were all very friendly, welcoming, positive and helpful. This gave the property a very positive and pleasant atmosphere.

There should be a security officer 24 hours a day because the parking lot felt unsafe, especially at night.

I like the fact that I could pull up right in front of my door with my car. The room is a good value. I would come back again after they reopen this swimming pool. There are numerous older reviews stating bed bugs were in their room. Well this no longer is a fact. The hotel has been painted inside and outside. The rooms are very fresh and seem like they were just recently painted and the flooring also appears to be brand new so the room was really nice. The front office lady and see the two housekeeping ladies were super friendly and I enjoyed talking with them and you should too

There wasn't much I disliked. The only thing I could mention is it is a little bit noisy on the outside but it wasn't a problem especially after 10:00 p.m.. The towels are very stiff. The laundry department needs to use fabric softener.

I loved that the manager was extremely accommodating in helping me with getting the best room for my handicapped mother and the price was extremely fair and i didn't have to pay over 100 for a decent room!! I recommend Budgetel to anyone !! It also has a mini laundry mat on site which made it so much better

There was no dislikes

Everything was perfect for what I needed. Because I am waiting on a voucher to get my place. And the staff and the room was great

Nothing

The front desk, maids and maintenance man we're all very nice and helpful. The room was cozy and the grounds pleasant. Stayed an extra night because it was nice.

TV remote didn't work and had to be replaced.
