Comfort Inn and Suites Yuma I-8

There was a good selection for breakfast that should suit most tastes. The staff put out fresh tangerines each morning. They were so good! The pool was clean, the staff was friendly, parking was plentiful, and access was easy, just off of I-8.

The hotel is in a good location, far enough from the freeway, so not to hear that noise. It looks to be brand new or at least less than one year old. Nice appointments with mini-fridge and microwave.

The location of the toilet paper holder, you either had to reach backwards with your left arm or turn around on the seat to reach it. OK if you're young and flexible, not so much when you're old!! They should have counter-sunk it into the apron on the vanity.

Stayed in many hotels during this vacation. This was best hotel, by far. Bed was very comfortable, room clean and big. Many outlets for electronics. Breakfast and the choices was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Doors were very heavy and loud when closing. Wish was closer to downtown Yuma.

The breakfast was delicious and fully stocked. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pool and hot tub were well cared for. Plus we didn’t hear any other guests during the night which was a huge plus.

Julio was the check in representative and he was exceptional. He even called every pm check in to notify us of a car with lights left on. He prevented us from having a catastrophic morning! He was exceptional with the walk in guests and the people on the phone.

They offered choice of Take-away breakfast or a standard menu. We traveled there from Tucson so I could get the 1st Covid vaccine shot at the CVS down the street. Haven't yet been able to get it in my town, tho' I'm 70! We stayed over in case I ended up with any side effects (just minimal anyway). But the breakfast was just fine.

With check-in they have a sign that cleaning service must be requested, because of Covid. My husband either didn't hear that, or it wasn't pointed out to him. They should have ensured this was understood, as this was a miscommunication & we didn't realize it & so didn't conserve our towels when expecting room cleaning while we were out. But once discovered, they were helpful about solving it. Everyone was very nice, however. So this wasn't a huge drawback.

great hotel, with a great price. we prefer the comfort inns over other competitors, the have comparable rooms at a better price and most have bigger rooms then most of their competitors.

Bernan was amazing he worked night shift, I mistakenly reserved my room for the wrong dates. Bernan at the Comfort Suites along with Edison with customer support at Booking.com we’re both amazing and made sure my family and I had a room that night. I am a loyal Booking.com customer because of the excellent customer service. Thank you both.

I didn’t have any complaints. My room spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were amazing as well.

The room was clean. Was quiet. The room was at comfortable temperature when I checked into the room, so refreshing how warm it was outside!!! The facility was very clean as well!!!

The parking is not good. Very limited. Being a female and traveling alone I felt uneasy walking the distance where I had to park when returning. And also truck with trailer taking up 4 to five spots 😡where costumers can park and a uhaul vehicle as well taking up 4 to five as well😡

Nicer than you would expect from a 2 star hotel. Clean, well maintained. The pool area was in better condition than that of a resort where we stayed a few weeks ago. The staff, Julio at the front desk in particular, was polite, enthusiastic and helpful.

The complementary coffee was undrinkable.
