Radisson Hotel Yuma

The bed and room were clean. Also the lobby, restaurant, and grounds were clean. I enjoyed seeing security cameras in the parking lot but they appeared dated? Breakfast is always enjoyable. It was a quick 13 hour stay.

In no particular order: The WiFi code and or room number is given at check-in did not work. We did not call to have resolved because it was too short of a stay. The shower door swung into the shower making it difficult to maneuver around it to close. I'm on the plus side but my wife had no problems so I'm thinking it's just me. It would have been nice if the toilet was seporate from the rest of the bathroom. But that could be reviewed for future renovation possibilities. On last unpleasent experience was turning the HVAC unit to "heat " mode. The stink it produced was awful!! We quickly turned it off .

The staff was incredibly cheerful, professional, and friendly. It’s a pet-friendly hotel at only $30/night for our kind of big dog. There are security cameras blanketing the property, so I felt safe walking her around it outside. Room service was super accommodating.

The property in general is really starting to show her age. Security certificate had expired for QR code site, so I couldn’t access the room service menu electronically.

Room was clean and comfortable, and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dog. We were given a quiet room, as requested. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included and provided scrambled and hard boiled eggs, breakfast sausage, assorted breads and muffins, fresh fruit! (not canned fruit cup), cereal, make your own pancakes and waffles. Coffee was pretty good too.

The only thing not perfect was check in. There was only one staff person, and a tour bus group was checking in ahead of us. The single staff person was answering the phone, finding rooms for walk ins, looking up reservations, dealing with questions from guests, etc. As a result, check in took much longer than it should have.

This is a 5 Star hotel in everything but name!! The facilities were beautiful. As clean as was possible and the staff VERY attentive, both in housekeeping and the "M" restaurant. The meal in the restaurant, a Chicken Club with HOMEMADE POTATO Chips was one of the best I have ever eaten. The waitress in the restaurant, (Heather?) was so awesome.

I loved it all. The room, the pool the service and even the FREE laundromat.

The spacious room and huge shower were awesome. I also enjoyed the well maintained pool area. Breakfast was best of all. The egg whites with greens and tomatoes plus cottage potatoes were way above average!

The smell of air freshener that assaults one’s nostrils in the front desk lobby area is unpleasant, cloying and irritated my asthma.

staff was very helpful

the website says it is pet friendly but upon checking in there was paperwork I had to sign that contained a list of restricted dog breeds. that information should have been listed on the website pet friendly section. I was forced to lie about my dogs breed or find another pet friendly hotel at the last minute.

Friendly staff, clean room, dinner was wonderful as well and our was great. Easy check in and out.

I would like to have the option of having the free breakfast or being able to purchase a meal of my choice. Also, the breakfast was free including the food, coffee, hot tea, and juice. But for the non coffee drinkers, we have to purchase a medium size coffee cup of iced tea for $3.50. That made no sense. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, yet our entire floor was overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana. Non smoking should be non smoking.

The room was huge, and had a decent sized dresser and closet. The desk was great with easy to reach plugs. The desk staff and maids were so nice and polite.

There are no tubs, and both my children slipped and fell getting out of the shower. There are no microwaves in the room, and the mattresses are so hard and uncomfortable.

Updated, nice and clean. Amenities were good.

Staff! Upon check in Friday evening front desk mentioned how they were not happy about a baseball tournament going on or us being there (baseball teams). I ordered a roll a way bed, when they asked the worker to deliver to my room he said something sarcastic because they asked me right away, “did you hear him”, I said no what did he say? They laughed and said nothing. The morning staff were awesome sat and sun!!!!

Very clean. Staff was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was average. Gym was above average for a small hotel.

Our room was not made up on the next to the last day of our stay - we had left at 9:45 AM. The hotel has the interstate toward the rear, and a railroad toward the front - bring a sound machine. We didn't like that the closet door slid sideways to become the bathroom door.
