La Quinta by Wyndham Fayetteville

The indoor pool was nice for my younger son, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean for the most part only a couple things that were slightly below average.

Some things in the rooms were not the cleanest, found a huge wad of hair in the bathroom, definitely was not mine. And there was a couple drawers in the room that had some dead flys/bugs in them. Maybe have housekeeping peek in the drawers when they’re cleaning to check for cleanliness.

Hotel seemed quite new, very clean, nice staff. Nice to have free breakfast available which we did take advantage of. Location worked out well: a quick drive to downtown Fayetteville and campus. Also near Starbucks, Einstein’s, Whole Foods, Walgreens, CVS and more.

Really, no complaints or wishing something was different. If anything the hotel and everything was better than I expected. Pricing was game day/parent weekend levels, but that was true for every area hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The ac worked.

Had a little trouble trying to figure out how to get the shower started. They had a lot of variety for breakfast but the biscuits and gravy weren't very good at all ,the gravy was very thick and salty. The elevator didn't work a lot of the time we were there.

The room was very nice, I could tell that it had been recently redone. It was very clean and a great price for such a nice place. It's in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and stores. Would recommend.

The pool is next to the elevator and there was a bad smell coming from it. Also, we stayed on the second floor where they were in the middle of redoing the floors and some other construction, but they didn't tell us this was going on. Luckily there weren't any construction workers working at the time, but the hall floor had been removed and there was dust everywhere.

I was traveling with my small dog. The staff were gracious & understanding. Upon checking in Ruben was at the front desk. His attitude & attention to detail. Made me feel like he was a conseairs. Tending to my needs. The breakfast was great. Clean & plenty of choices. All in all one of my best hotel experiences.

Check in was easy. The room was spacious.the ac worked well and was easy to adjust.Tje staff were all friendly. The location was good. Waffle breakfast.

There was no hand sanitizer on the 2nd floor at the elevator. The water in the bathroom got scalding hot (although I would rather have this issue than no hot water.. )

The staff all around was wonderful and it was in the middle of everything we needed for my husband's medical experience. Housekeeping was superb and did an exceptional job.

If I had to pick something it's that the paint was chipping and there was a fair amount of wear and tear. But, I do think they are remodeling.

Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! I would’ve given a perfect review if it weren’t for the really bad shower

Water pressure in the shower was the weakest I have ever seen. I dreaded taking a shower in the evening because I would freeze on one half of my body while receiving drops of water on the other half. I understand a property trying to conserve water but this was a whole other level!

All of the front desk staff were amazing. Friendly if very early morning (4:30 am) to late in the evening. Never seen a more pleasant group. Housekeeping over the weekend was negligible. The pool area was dirty with food crumbs etc from the time we arrived on Saturday night until Wednesday it got cleaned up would like to have used the pool but it didn’t look clean. Our shower almost didn’t drain so we were standing in dirty water entire shower. ( no I didn’t report so my bad but didn’t feel it was a new problem. It obviously hadn’t been fixed for awhile.

The staff were wonderful! We got there Sunday, I was due to have surgery Monday morning. My husband had bad heartburn. There were no tums to be found. The young man helped my husband out. Then my husband stay up with me Monday night at the hospital and came back to get our things and check out. Checkout was 12. My husband fell asleep and woke up a little after 1230. No one fussed at him or burdened him with extra charges. They told him to have a safe trip back home. Thank you so very much.
