Breakfast was convenient - lots of good yogurt and health bar options. Great coffee 24/7 and nice work space in the lobby. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!

N/A - Just note this is not a luxury hotel with tons of amenities but it’s the peak definition of comfort, convenience and function.

The location is great, close to restaurants and the campus. The king room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was incredible. After a very bad day it felt great to have 2 shower heads beating the stress out of my body. The lobby is very inviting. We enjoyed a take-out dinner there with our grandson while we watched a Razorback game on TV.

The noise level from the hall was very high. Luckily it didn't last awfully late and didn't keep us from getting some beauty sleep. A pool would be nice, especially an indoor one. I have arthritis so exercising in water is very helpful. Also, the lobby faces the west and south so it was not only overbright, but it was hot. The A/C was struggling to keep up. A cover over the patio and entry would alleviate that.

The hotel is very clean, the room has very cool features, such as the TV for example. I used to travel quite a bit but I'm not sure if it's a new standard, but the TV allowed me to cast stuff directly from my phone and even to checkout from my bedroom. I've been at some very expensive hotels which did not have such futuristics yet simple features. The breakfast was really good; I settled for a biscuit sauvage, egg, and cheese sandwich, but the rest seemed very nice as well. I would hundred percent stay there the next time I'm in town.

I booked a room with a king bed but was given a a room with two queens. The person on the front desk was very helpful and nice but I wish the system wasn't deceiving.

It's a rather new property. I'm not sure when it opened, but based on the newest of the concrete, it has to be pretty new as there are almost no stains form vehicle traffic/parking.

Property seemed to be poorly staffed. No one was at the front desk most of my trips in and out of the hotel. Someone spilt whole coffee beans in the food area, very likely staff, but left it scattered in the floor. We had pink mold in the corners of our shower. I would have told someone instead of writing about it, but there was really no one to talk to over the 2-3 hours we came in and our before leaving. I wasn't impressed with a sign about the commitment to cleanliness when such a nice new property appears neglected. Landscaped areas were full of tall grass/weeds.

The hotel staff was wonderful. He was welcoming, kind, efficient and had a great sense of humor. The room was comfortable, if a little warm. They turn off the AC in the winter months and the base temp was warm for my taste. I didn't use the room heat.

The only real negative is the snacks are all very stale in addition to being overpriced. I don't think they turn them over fast enough. Bring your own snacks if you think you'll be looking for something during your stay.

We reserved a room at this hotel because it was close to our adventures for the weekend, so the location was great. The breakfast was good, not any hot food, but what was offered was great.

A couple of the bottles in the shower and by the sink were empty and the thermostat on the wall didn’t work. Luckily the buttons on the air conditioner worked. Bed was comfortable but the walls are super thin.

Bed was super comfortable. Pillows were just right. Huge T V. I enjoyed the smaller room. Staff was friendly and helpful

I didn't like the shower. Turning the shower on and getting the water temperature right was awkward because the shower door opens to the right and the shower head was also to the right so you have to undress before you start the water or your clothes will get wet.

the staff was so so nice and cheerful! our room was so clean and the bed was super comfy! and they had dove bath products, which i loved / was super excited about!

one thing i would change would be the breakfast hours. they were along the lines of 6am-9:30am i believe. i would have loved to have them serve breakfast a little longer, but literally not even a reason to knock this hotel!

The Avid hotel appeared to be fairly new, it was very sleek and modern in design. The lobby was very clean and inviting with space to gather, work at a table, or eat breakfast. Breakfast options were a breakfast sandwich, toast or bagels, yogurt, cereal or granola bars and fruit. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well thought out- while “closet” space was limited, many hooks and hooks were available. The bed was comfy and have four extra long pillows was a huge plus! The tv was big and had many channels. I appreciated the J.R. Watkins soaps, shampoo/ conditioner and lotions as those were a pleasant surprise!

The bathroom was a little tight for two people getting ready at the same time. We wished there had been more than one breakfast sandwich option. Otherwise, we didn’t have any complaints!

The breakfast is pretty good, but a couple of times, certain items in the breakfast menu disappeared and were not replenished by staff.

See above. Missing items on the breakfast menu were disappointments. Also, we had a power outage in the hotel that snarled things up. Trash can next to my nearest exit seemed to be overflowing on most days.
