Sleep Inn & Suites Springdale West

We stayed at your hotel July 11-15. The morning desk clerk, I do not remember her name, was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Answered all our questions in a timely and efficient manner.  An asset to your hotel.

During our stay (July 11-15), the afternoon/evening desk clerk, Paul, was the opposite of the morning clerk. He didn't leave a good impression on us. I would recommend he be given a good amount of customer service training.

Paul checked me in and was discreet and respectful when I needed a personal item. Very pleasant and cheerful about his work.

The air conditioning went out (indicated thermostat needed batteries). The gentleman that came up (don't know his name) seemed a little off put by my asking for help. He changed the batteries but did not seem to work.....

Bedding Coffee in bfast room was fresh n hot Large bfast selection Clerk was very nice and wrote down my concerns on checkout

Refrigerator was not cleaned so I did not use Coffee supplies in room looked used and foam cups looked too beat up to use Appears maid did shortcuts to cleaning Breakfast was cold from steamer but microwave was there King Mattress had a large ridge down middle prob needs replaced

Location very convenient. Breakfast better than traditional continental breakfast. Would like a couple of added items for variety from the Saturday morning breakfast to the Sunday morning breakfast. Biscuits a little hard and cold

I think there should be available coffee for both mornings when booking for two days.

Stem room cleanliness pool breakfast

Beds were very uncomfortable but everything else was pretty good breakfast could have used some up keep but I think the person running front desk had to do breakfast so it was good. The stem room was great not alot of places have a stem room. They also have a workout room pool. And 1 other thing the washer and dryer was way over priced and the dryer took twice as much regardless of the load size. 6.5 to 7 out of 10. And that is comparing to the Peabody or the House at Graceland awesome hotels

Friendly welcome, and the room was as expected and clean. We asked for a late check out and he was happy to do that, though we ended up not needing it. Nice fridge/coffee area in the room.

The breakfast area is tiny, almost like a big closet. Our TV had a big blurry spot, but we weren't there to watch TV.

The location was easy to find and convenient for our purpose. I was very impressed with how quiet the Inn was. We had the complimentary breakfast which was very good and had many choices. Check out was very easy.

I can’t thing of anything I didn’t like. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Asked me if everything was ok when I showed up crying and made sure that everything was ok.

We stayed January 31st for one night. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. It was very clean, plenty towels, toiletries. Had coffee maker, fridge and Microwave. Went down for buffet breakfast around 8:30. We were the only ones there which was nice bc of Covid. They had everything pretty much. Was a little disappointed to see a waffle iron but, nothing to make one out. Pool was open for a second day of reopening since covid. We found an excellent price for our room under $100. Would stay there again!

No waffle batter and eggs look like they had been sitting awhile so passed on them.

small but beautifully decorated. Gives a sense of coziness. very clean and love the indoor pool! the free breakfast has been the best we have had in a LONG time (biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc).
