Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fayetteville University of Arkansas Area, an IHG Hotel

The location was optimal for a visit to the university and to visit relatives. The price was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was the highlight of my trip. I flew into Fayetteville on an early morning flight so I arrived at the hotel well before check in time and they were gracious enough to let me check in early so that I could shower and change clothes in time for the wedding I was attending that afternoon.

No major complaints, but if you're considering booking here just be mindful of the location. This hotel is geographically close to the city center but it is across a major highway so if you're trying to get to campus or Dickson Street, a car is necessary.

The front desk staff was very nice and the room was immaculate. We were satisfied with the breakfast.

Friendly, clean, nice room. good breakfast and comfy bed/pillows. Convenient location. Will return here when back in the area.

The ONLY thing that was lacking was the parking situation. Several big work trucks taking up two spaces, etc. due to construction in the area. But the lots were well lit so not a huge issue.

Our room faced the highway but it wasn't too noisy and never woke me up from napping or sleep. Very clean and great continental breakfast. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I didn't like there was no vending or ice machine on each floor, only in the main lobby, but just personal preference.

My son goes to school there and so the location is absolutely perfect. The staff is always so nice and the breakfast is always so good!

There is nothing that I don’t like about this property except the prices that are charged on game days! But I went through a third party so I may have gotten a better right if I called direct.

The beds were extremely comfortable, very spacious room. The air conditioning worked great especially after being in the heat all day! Large tv for watching movies. The staff was so friendly and check in/out was a breeze. Lotion,and soaps smell really good too!!

I wasn’t impressed with the bathroom. Could use some updates. Some of the wall paper was peeling,the latch on the bathroom door was hard to open, it kept getting stuck. The shower facet and drain could be changed, they had a bit of rust on them.

The whole staff was excellent. Everyone greeted us with a smile. The breakfast staff made sure everything was stocked and available. Check-in and check-out was great!

The property is clean and comfortable and the customer service is exceptional. I was stranded at the airport at 1:30am so I called to see if I could get a ride somehow. The lady at the front desk got me a shuttle car so I was able to safely arrive at my hotel room. I am SO grateful for her kindness in my time of need!

My daughter really enjoyed the breakfast and the different options available.

The staff was great, but our room didn't get serviced while we were away. Wasn't sure if we needed to ask prior to we just assumed it was automatic.
