Hampton Inn Harrison

Staff were friendly and tried to get the computer system to cooperate.

They were having a lot of technical difficulties with their compute system - the system charged our card twice - they reversed one of the charges, however that reversal is now not showing so on my pending credit card charges it shows 2 identical charges. One of these need to be reversed/removed immediately.

Breakfast each morning was fresh with lots of variety. A different specialty item every day and the standard fare like biscuits and gravy, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, etc... The rooms were clean and staff would only come to clean and replace linens on request. Hotel price was fair and the staff was friendly. The location was easy to reach at all times of day.

The entrance is a bit tricky to navigate and there was construction nearby which made it more difficult, but I did not have issues getting in. Larger trailers and campers might want to use the Hilton parking lot entrance and come across.

Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and good breakfast!

WiFi was extremely slow. You could pay $4.95 per day to have high speed internet per the hotel's Wifi page. My spouse is an Internet Tech for a big company. High speed wifi should be free at the hotel.....not slowed down so you have to pay for it to be faster.

Everything spotless -linens, towels, tub, hand basin, toilet. Housekeeping staff very helpful with extra garbage bags - little things! Staff from front desk to holding door for elevators. My husband had a medical emergency requiring ambulance and manager couldn't have been more understanding and helped me stay cool. Travelling with our special needs daughter and front reception kept an eye on her while I got car. She does not walk well. I was so impressed. Beyond professional. Breakfasts were delicious and gave us healthy choices besides yummy muffins! My daughter & I cannot thank you for helping us through a very stressful time and thankfully, John is doing well with excellent treatment and will be discharged soon. We came for our nephew's twins christening and tho John could not attend, Debbie & I did & got lots of pics for John to see. Thank you for taking care of us!

Beds a little high for us short folks!

Everything was very nice. Room was clean, quiet, breakfast was good, staff was very polite and helpful. We were on a motorcycle trip, and the day we planned to leave it was raining. Checkout was 11, it looked like there was a break in the rain at around 2pm, we asked the front desk what options we had for check out and they allowed us to stay till 2 at no charge. Rain stopped at 2 and we left. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would stay here again.

The only single dislike for our stay was that the room A/C fan was very loud. Had to turn TV up when it turned on.

Clean rooms , good water pressure in shower, air conditioning felt great,good breakfast.

My room was suppose to be ready at 3, but due to employees not showing up to work, we didn’t get to get in until after 4. The pool had to much chlorine, so my three grandchildren couldn’t even enjoy it and having a pool was why I rented this motel.

The rooms were huge and so clean. The breakfast was amazing and had so much to offer and the layout was great. Plus tons of room in the dining area. They had little soaps and even a shower cap as extra items. The bed was so comfortable plus I liked the comforter on the bed.

I can’t say I didn’t like anything.

This is the third time we have stayed at this location. The staff is very kind and efficient. The facility is very clean. The continental breakfast is good. This is the only place we stay when we come to Harrison.

Breakfast was great! Staff was super friendly, everything was great minus the beds are kind of stiff for my liking other than that it was a great stay!

The bed was kind of hard/stiff for my liking but that was my only complaint!
