Nice and cool room, like the spa tub, quiet, easy to get to location while traveling, thought the man wasn’t very friendly at first but realized he couldn’t hear well! Had few issues with reservations so check in was extremely long and no elevator caused us to need bottom floor definitely need to modernize that! All in all nice…from OKC,OK & Muleshoe TX traveling with siblings💙💕

No elevator slow checking in after we had reservations!

We stay here every time we are in the area. It's a fair price for a clean, comfortable room. This time, our king room had a jetted tub. That was a happy surprise.

Had to ask for toilet paper immediately upon arrival. We stayed 2 days but when arriving back at the room the 2nd night, our key cards wouldn't work, which was very inconvenient since the front desk was all the way on the opposite end from our room and it was late and we were tired.

Tina was a breath of fresh air. She and a gentleman that worked in the morning were your saving grace. They were polite, professional, and attentive to our needs. They made sure we were taken care of and also had a pleasant disposition. They are the main reason we will be back to your facility. The cleaning crew was also awesome. I plan on being in Lead Hill quite a bit and will need a place to stay while I am there so I will be back.

We loved everything about our stay at your facility with the exception of one front desk clerk, Montana. She was sarcastic, rude and seemed to think that her job ended with handing me my room card. We had a phone that didn't work and reported it to her...never got looked at. She was rude to my 17-year-old son when he went to the front deas and asked if there were any brush comb sets available. She replied with "Am I your personal maid? No there aren't any brushes."

I appreciated it when I got a call from the property informing me in advance that they don't have the type of bed I have requested. I did not realize check in time was 4 pm until I saw the key card sleeve which stated the check in time. We checked in at around 2 pm and the front desk went ahead and checked us in. I am grateful that they accommodated us when they have rooms already available and not have us wait until check in time 😊 The front desk are very accommodating and ready to help and assist.

The bed was not that firm. I felt like I was sinking 😬. It would have been nice if there's some boiled eggs added to the breakfast menu.

At some motels you can really hear your neighbors. It wasn’t that way here, it was pretty quiet, which made it much easier to get peaceful sleep! All the staff was very nice too.

Breakfast. Everything is sweet! There is only one thing for diabetics: Light and Fit yogurt that has sweeteners in it that are not really healthy and that some people don’t wish to consume!

5* for friendly staff, we missed a stick light in room and checked out. we found out after an hr, Staff hold the product for us and returned. Decent rooms with comforts, and good breakfast facility.

The faucet in the bathroom is way too close to the sink. There’s no room to put your hands under the faucet.

Good reasonable stay for the night

That it didn’t have an elevator and had to carry all of my luggage up the stairs

coffee broke down A couple of times, but that was ok too hot to drink anyways, other bikers were there to ride the rides which was nice. Not Alot of places opened needed help, no one wants to work, thats all over the USA tho.

Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Not enough lighting in the room and the soap holder in the bathroom was coming off the wall.
