Holiday Inn Club Vacations Holiday Hills Resort at Branson an IHG Hotel

We loved the location, the appearance of the condo in Branson, MO.. The condo appeared clean in the kitchen and bedrooms. The beds weren't comfortable for everyone but were manageable. The mattress was hard and firm.

The jacuzzi was filthy and could not be used! When my niece turned it on, black slimy stuff which appeared to come from the sewer pipes flowed into the tub!!! It was awful and black!! The Sunday morning supervisor tried to explain it away as a cleaning product, but that is ridiculous!!! She explained away the filth as if it was a by-product of cleaning! How insulting!!!!

The indoor pool was one of the best hotel pools I've ever been in. The jacuzzi was standard, but that pool was incredible. We asked for towels, and the staff gave us an entire bag of towels. When you ask for a couple towels, you normally get a couple towels, and you have to plan and preserve towels throughout your stay. We received an entire bag of towels. A+++. Some of the times, the big things make a huge difference, and some of the times, it's the little things. We experienced both on this trip, and it made our vacation great!!!

The front desk agent informed us that we were "right next to an outdoor pool", and we were, but we had to walk a near 45 degree angled hill to get there. When we went to the Activity Center, the pool table and shuffle board was great, but the gold game required quarters. I suggest that you flip on the "free play" trigger on that game. Other hotels provide free games, and from what I saw no one plays it. You should make it free for all who pay for a room. Just a suggestion.

Instructions left in the room on what do do at check out or instructions given when we checked in would have been helpful, I called and they gave instructions.

The fact There was something for the whole family to do my toddler loved the playground and my teens loved the activity center there is a huge indoor pool and multiple outdoor pools the beds where super comfy and the spa tubs was definitely a plus , the staff was very friendly and helpful did a good job explaining all the available amenities and activities for our family to enjoy.

The couch was terribly uncomfortable. I know they are made to be easily cleaned but the furnishings could be updated. And the carpeting in the common areas of the villa were very stained.

The constant harassment of trying to get me to buy in on a timeshare. I’ve stay at your property for the last three years and with the on going of harassment will make me think of finding alternate places to stay!

It was a great property. The staff was friendly. We stayed in a flat with kitchen. The amenities were new and in great shape.

The only negative issue was that the rooms were a little old. They need some restoration.

I love the fact the villa is out back by the woods where we could walk out and look at the woods instead of the road.

The only thing was we were on the bottom floor which was nice we didn't have to take stairs but we heard everyone above us into late hours.

The villa we had had lots of space for our family. Comfortable beds.

when we checked in we had to go to a separate timeshare desk to get parking pass. We did not know it was a timeshare. They did not pressure us. We simply said no thank you.

Close enough to everything yet still secluded enough for peace and quiet.

I didn’t like the fact that they charged me $450 in damages we didn’t cause and wasn’t there when we checked out.
