Motel 6-Bakersfield, CA - Convention Center

Sometimes Motel 6 can used by hookers to service johns, be in sktechy parts of town snd I once found a used condom floating in the toilet. This was an excellent motel 6, clean conviently situated and the staff was friendly. Very pleased with my stay

I checked in at 2:30 am because of storms over Denver keepinv flights grounded. I was expected to be out by 11am. When I called the front desk, explaoned the situation and asked for more time, I was given til 11,:30. You can check in at 3pm and check out at 11:00 am. I was very unhappy they refused to take my situation into consideratiom.

All the staff members were very perfessional at all times. Friendly compassionate about their jobs. All the rooms we've stayed in so far here at motel 6 convention center has been very exceedingly and amazingly clean thank you for the experience to all the staff and work the front office and the ones that clean the rooms. Excellent work I will definitely keep coming back to this motel this will be the one that I will tell my friends about keep up the good work I will definitely be coming back here five star rating

I liked everything about my stay so did my boyfriend we have no complaints. Everything and all the staff met our needs and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant well still being professional

I love Head Boss lady that walks around doing room checks. She is awesome, night crew is super cool, I don't remember Miss Lady i believe she second Bosslady I loved her most. She always had a beautiful smile on her face. They do there job for sure so bending rules, they warn you once then after that. Oh well for you! But they don't come at you in a rude way just on there job and I like that about them. I would stay again just to see them!

Nothing really, beside no microwave or mini fridge.

The pool, being able to relax and get a good night sleep with silent peacefulness, ice.

Someone was on our door talking about wanting our bodies that was creepy but at least the door had three locks that made me and my wife feel super safe.oh and no drug traffic very good cause I'm trying to quite and was able to kick my habit while staying there thank you.

When me and my daughter entered the motel room we looked around and the room was immaculate very nice turn down on the bed my experience with this hotel went very well the name of the maid on the card was Mo... I don't know if that stands for Monica or Monique.. but her cleaning skills are awesome thank you Mo for making this a wonderful experience for us..

The walls are semi-thin sometimes you can actually hear the people in the next room talking

I like that even though it’s a motel 6, it’s in a very good area and did not have to worry about that much noise or a lot of activity

I didn’t like that the staff in the office were so rude and uptight about everything absolutely no one in the office is friendly they need a different batch of workers but everything else was GREAT !!

Staff was prompt & helpfull. Very clean large room with comfortable bed. Room was cool (100 degree day) when I arrived. Price was low( $69) & value was high. Stayed there before. Will stay there again.

Pool was closed but this seems to be the norm in California now.

This location is better taken care of than any other location I have been too here in Bakersfield. There isn't the constant action you see at the other two Motel 6 locations I have been too. Granted they are all owned by different individuals. The rooms are nice and actually cleaned and nicely put together.

In the Booking.com app, Booking is advertising the pool being open and available to guests. When this is not the case. It is infact closed. They have a really nice tie down flap over the whole pool so it's clean. All the other locations, the one on California has the pool completely drained & full of dirt. Its an eyesore. And the location on Olive has their pool full with the gate closed surrounding the pool. So maybe not advertise that the pool is open. Other han that, it was really quiet.

they are very friendly and helpful and also, they provide items you may have forgot…for free!!! ie: tooth brush, dog treats, etc.

Valari was great!! helped me get the room I wanted then called to see if all was ok with the room. without a doubt the most friendly and cleanest stay I have had a motel 6
