The property’s decor was nice and modern. When I went in to check in, I was greeted by 3 smiling faces (two front staff and another staff member) and I appreciate good customer service. The room was ready before check-in time and we were allowed to check in an hour early. The bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains kept all sunlight out of the room. The indoor pool was convenient as the weather was chilly. The hot breakfast was great with everything you’d expect and would want for breakfast. It was a full complete breakfast. The ice machines were conveniently located and worked great. The room was quiet and we slept peacefully.

The smoke detector was directly above my side of the bed and it had a tiny but very bright green light on it. I swear I could see it through my closed eyes and if I opened my eyes during the night, there right above me was this bright green light, which we couldn’t cover as it was on the ceiling. The room felt cramped/small due to the layout of it. The placement of the TV was not good, as it was directly in front of the wall that divided the bed from the couch area- so to watch TV, you had to watch it at a weird angle no matter where you were in the room; you couldn’t watch it directly in front of the TV. There should have been two TV’s because of how the room was divided. There wasn’t flavored creamer offered at breakfast.

Butter was so cold it did not want to melt or spread on the waffles. the syrup was cold, needs to be warmed up. Bisquit sandwich: the biscuits are not good. On Saturday the sausages were rubbery. The menu does not change. On a particular day of the week will be the same every week. Its the same every other day.

We loved our stay here. We were grateful the pool was open late since we didn't check in until almost 10:00 pm. Our boys were excited they still had the chance to swim. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner was fairly quiet, the bathroom was spacious and breakfast was good with a fair amount of options. It was also nice that there were paper plates and utensils in the cabinet in case someone wanted to heat some food.

Requested a room on the bottom floor, because my mom is Handicapped. Received a Handicapped room and was very happy with it.

Blanket for sofa bed was damp, so took to front desk to get a replacement. There was a separate charge on my credit card and when I called the hotel, she said she didn’t see anything but the price of the 2 rooms. She told me to call my credit card company and dispute the 23.54 that I was charged. Also, I didn’t see anyone cleaning tables, the guest were doing their best to clean the tables so they could eat on it.

The staff was great, especially housekeeping. Very energetic and having a great morning, really helped set the mood for the day. The room itself was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to see there was a kitchenette, living area, as well as a work space. We enjoyed that the hotel was tucked back away from the main road.

Our biggest issue was location and that it was very hard to get to and from with the construction in the area. The area of town also leaves something to be desired. We did have a rather large burn mark on the wall by the bed that did not seem to be attended to. Our bathroom had no window or ventilation so it got extremely muggy with showers going at trying to get ready.

I loved the location and that the check-in representative was patient and helpful and even let me change/pick my room. Excellent professionalism.....easy entry with the key card and very clean......

I did not like 1 of the night shift representative, he was offensive to a guess that came to visit one night. Asking questions that were private in nature and being judgmental and suspicious.just rude in general. That was the single upsetting moment of my stay.

Staff was great. A couple of them would greet us as we walked in and say "have a nice day" as we walked out.

The bed was too soft. I prefer a firm mattress, but that's me. Can't expect a hotel to cater to everyone's mattress preference.

The staff were just magnificent. Everyone was helpful, smiley, happy to see you and give advice or help. Made such a massive difference. The room and facilities were excellent. High standard and really appealing.

No negatives for the hotel at all and and a stopover travelling from San Francisco to Las Vegas it was excellent.

Breakfast was great

Well, our timing was poor, there was a motorcycle rally in all three of the motel parking lots. No sleep but two years coming out of a pandemic it was nice seeing everyone having a great time even if it was at the expense of our sleep. Hotel staff was great through the whole thing, they offered a discount room rate the next morning.

I love the suite style room, great for traveling with the kids.

No place to sit outside with the kids, like a garden? And the reg breakfast needs to come back... shower flow was not good, the A/C WAS NOT CENTRAL AIR, so we were either to cold or to hot as the AC was to close to the bed. Fan in bathroom not working?
