Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Burbank Airport

Free parking was a welcome feature. Location was convenient enough for where we had to be. Establishments for necessities (and more) were easy to get to, especially since we had a car. However, they close relatively early.

The room was advertised to have free breakfast, but they only had coffee 😳 There was a stand for instant oatmeal packs. That's not really the kind of fare you advertise as "free breakfast," but it would have sufficed ( I guess) IF they had any. The stand was empty, and when the staff was asked about it, they said they were out of stock 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Extended Stay really feels like a home away from home! The rooms are large and clean and equipped with kitchenettes and cookware. There is a full sized fridge and stovetop, as well as a microwave. It's a very pet friendly hotel with designated areas for dogs around the property that are well maintained. The hotel itself is walkable to a lot of stores and restaurants, including Target, Staples, Walmart, Sephora, Ulta, REI, Outback Steakhouse, Panda Express, and others. Also, the staff is really nice and friendly. A special thanks to Michael for the exceptional service. He was really courteous and helped me so much checking in and finding my around, I felt so welcome. If you're looking for a convenient spot with friendly service, Extended Stay is it!

The man at the front desk who helped check me in was extremely friendly and accommodating. I wish I remembered his name because he was awesome. The room was very comfortable, and I highly enjoyed my stay.

I can happily say there wasn't anything about my stay that was unpleasant or that I wish to change. Everything was great and I am very pleased with how it went.

Stayed 3 days.Super convenient. Wonderful service. Delightful staff. Coffee was decent for lobby coffee. Target and Lowes are right next door. 10 min to universal studios.

My room was near the elevator and stairwell so slightly noisy at times. Needed more/larger trash cans in the room for our length of stay.

Afton (Front desk clerk) She made me feel better afterhaving had come off a bad time. She's super polite & professional. I liked staying at this location. When I went to use the laundry some of them were out of order.

Never got a coffee maker And I love my coffee

We were in town for a memorial service and in the rush accidentally booked a room smaller than what we needed. Afton at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helped us change rooms and got us checked in asap so that we weren't late to the service. Her kindness, customer service, and compassion meant the world to my family during a difficult time. The world need more amazing humans like her. Thank you Afton!

The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. You should give her a raise. She was genuinely funny and friendly.

My rooms window wouldn't close all the way. So it was very noisey as a loud Bus had its motor running all night and earlier in the evening there was a preponderance of bass coming from the adjacent hotel. Maybe a concert was going on? Also someone in a room near was talking so loud I could hear the entire conversation.

Room was smaller than I expected, would have booked the king size bed just for space - not able to move around with me, my daughter and the dog - but overall was ok

Just the room size - wish it was a little bigger

Everything was Great the Manger was Awesome.I needed to stay an extra day and he help with my room accommodations. Very nice.staff was great!

I smelled smoke through the halls.

Afton is one of the most friendly desk clerks here. She's always greeting me by name & asks how I am doing. She is great @ customer service & she deserves a raise.

The second elevator is broken. The laundry facilities are out of order
