Residence Inn Los Angeles Burbank/Downtown

I loved how convenient the hotel was to everything. I was able to hop on the freeway and get to wherever I needed to go easily whether it was North Hollywood or more west than that. I loved how big the room was and how the kitchenette also was filled with cups and things needed to cook if one chose to. It was very much a studio apartment, which I was not expecting. At first I was worried my room facing the freeway would be noisy but it wasn't, it was really quiet. I was extremely comfortable the whole time and enjoyed going back after a long, hot day! And the staff were on top of any issues I had!

One issue I had was the AC was motion sensor so the AC kept going off on me during the night and I woke up sweating. I complained to the front desk and someone immediately came up to fix it and it wasn't a problem the rest of my stay! The shower's water pressure was a bit weak, but I'm just being picky. Overall, it's a very good trip and I'd absolutely stay here again.

I requested pool view, but the girl at the front desk was so rude and gave me the last room on the hall way with freeway view. I've stayed at this hotel many times and I hate to be close to the freeway because you can hear the cars all night and you can't sleep. She didn't put any effort to meet my expectations.

Great buffet breakfast with lots of options. The kitchen in our 2-bedroom suite was fully equipped down to dish soap and dish towel. Although the hotel is close to the freeway, we asked for a room away from the freeway and had no issues with traffic noise.

The carpet in the hallways and rooms had a bit of a musty odor which was easily masked with a bit of room spray. The furniture in the living area of our suite is dated, but well maintained.

first impressions when we arrive @11:30 pm, staff was very helpful and our room is spacious and smells clean. our room was located in the second floor that has direct access to courtyard and outside which perfect for my two dogs. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, breakfast great coffee and plenty enough selection food for breakfasts. Great recommendation to my friends and family!

My suite was lovely and the entire staff was super nice! If you are a light sleeper like me, you would be well advised to make sure your room is not next to the freeway! My first night there I tossed and turned all night because of the 5 freeway. The next morning I asked the front desk for a new room, fortunately they had another suite available that overlooked the pool and not traffic and they gave me a new room key on the spot, that made me really happy! I would definitely stay here again, and I learned a valuable lesson about making sure my rooms don’t face a freeway from now on!

Loved full kitchen. Breakfast was great too.

Insufficient trash receptacles in room for large family in suite. If there was a common dumpster or trash area, we would have gladly taken the trash out ourselves.

Was a 15min uber to universal park and Hollywood. Not much within walking distance, but that's great since it's so quite. The kitchen was great, but no oven made some things hard to cook.

Loved all of the amenities, from the weight room, fire pit,pool area and breakfast. Even liked the garage parking, because the car was cool upon entering it every time. The staff was so helpful, even recommend a local non chain pizzaria. Every one was so nice and welcoming.

The only problem that we had was that our door lock needed to be replaced, it would stop reading our key cards.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.

Room location with sliding doors to pool area and communal patio area. Difficult to allow light in without sacrificing privacy due to others walking by.
