Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Glendale

The breakfast is muffins & granola bars. I think the selection could be much better for the prices the consumer is paying. The hours for it need to be longer, some consumers don't wake up @ tbcod & sleep later then the time of the "breakfast" (using that term doesn't describe what you offer as to breakfast)

The closed caption never worked on the room TV. Also when anyone who occupied the room above me was a "loud walker" that was the duration of my stay. (I stayed for 3 weeks)

Great staff and clean hotel/room. I also liked that you need a key to get in through the front doors late at night. made me feel safe.

We only had 1 large towel and 1 small towel. Called for towels and front desk said they would bring some up, but never did. came back to hotel after 1am, didn’t get her name but I called and she brought us more towels. It wasn’t really an issue, just a heads up :)

The night staff person wasn't wearing a name tag and seemed really unprofessional. He didn't even provide me the wifi password which I don't feel I needed to ask for when it's included in the stay. He didn't properly key my card so I couldn't get in my room. The morning person Isiah was really professional and was very understanding and looked sharp. I wish the night guy was like him or I would have probably gladly overlooked how hot the elevator and hallways were, at midnight, and how some of the counter tops in the room needed to be replaced. Overall next time I'll stay in Northridge if I decide to go with extended stay again.

You should just advertise "Coffee Bar" not "Breafast included". I was wary after reading some online reviews but this was a great place in a location that seems like a residential area with stores close by.

Location. Staff was Excellent.

Family Emergency. Checked out March 29th around 1:30 pm. Was booked until March 30th. Waiting for Refund... Otherwise would have Stayed thur 30th March 2023...

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially coco and April. They we’re very kind to us when we returned back to the hotel. Not only was that something that we appreciated but the hotel was very nice for its price.

Beds and the space and size of the room. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

It did not have a pool or jacuzzi on the property, when I booked it. It showed a pool and a jacuzzi. It was misleading.

Very friendly staff,and I felt comfortable staying in the room .

There was clogged up drain in shower found a lot of hair in drain had to pull it out to drain water.

staff was friendly, location well managed & very clean in the rooms.

carpet in hallways needed cleaning.
