Glen Capri Inn and Suites - Burbank Universal

I love the fact that Staff mind they’re own business they do not make you uncomfortable by bothering you during your stay or are rude, also I love that at times they let you check in early that’s a plus plus that’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Nice decent, I believe the owners son provides great customer service super nice. I love coming here really recommend it to anyone also price wise not bad at all, very thrilled with this place I hope they keep blooming business wise and become more successful then they already are.

Theyre is one staff in the front office who is rude and acts like a smart ass all the time he looks Arminian and a new girl that sucks she also acts super smart ass and she has no clue what she’s doing she always needs a staff member to help her. She made me go get cash because she assure my card did not work when I always use the same card.

The room was perfect! From the outside it was a little skeptical, but the inside looked better than the outside appearance of the motel. My boyfriend and I stayed just for the big spa tub in the honeymoon suite. It was bit expensive, but we loved the room. We had no issue with the room and they also provided Wi-Fi at the property. The staff were kind and attentive to our needs. We would stay at this property again, but cheaper room. Thank you, Glen Capri staff!

I wish they had early check-in.

very clean and kept up to date with its facilities managers and employees are nothing but extremely helpful personally my favorite hotel i’ve been at ver very clean nice and cooperative staff and managers perform more than necessary i think i saw julie she was very helpful and polite and kept with customer service to the top

samir the manager onced yelled at me for asking for a discount because of a clogged sink and he threw a fit so work on politeness and respect it goes a long way

Bed was comfortable, room was good some damage to night tables where they attached to the wall, the shower was nice two shower heads.

No microwave in room, the television only had the weather channel, I was told it was because the remote controls were bad for the cable box, no coffee even in the lobby, ut not far to the neatest gas station/conveniance store with superb coffee.

The staff in the front desk. Mariam has great customer service, love to come to this place and be helped by Marian shes very kind and super fast witch is what i want the sense of urgency to enjoy my stay ass soon as possible. She also makes sure all your questions have been answered before giving you your key to your room . Thank you Capri Glen for having associates like her.

I enjoyed my stay here so much I didn't even want to write this review out of a fear the place would become more popular and thus making it harder to book a room to stay here in the future...First off I had the Honeymoon suite.....gorgeous unit with Asian inspired styled decor including red closet and cabinet doors a large bed and office desk...The bathroom included a huge shower with separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers...None of the ttavel-sized B.S. one finds at even more expensive hotels...Plus there was a giant clean jacuzzi in the center and sink on the side opposite of the shower along with a toilet separated by a door from the rest of the bathroom. I definitely felt like I got more than my money's worth.

There was nothing I did not like about my stay here.

I really didn’t care for the day shift office attendant. She was the least friendliest. She act like I was more of a burden to her when I asked her questions about stores around the area.

I was satisfied with my 2 nights great bed I slept really good the whole room was perfect everything we needed was there and thank you to the staff that keeps everything well organized and great customer service

I like everything

I like that the surrounding area was quiet. The room had a nice shower and was very clean. Parking was available right infront of my door and the bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like that the room had a refrigerator but no microwave and no tub. I didn't like that you had to go to a certain area to smoke instead of smoking a few feet away from the door.

Location was close to Universal Studios. The shower was also amazing and I do like the fact that the TVs were mounted.

If the grounds had a pool it would have been even better.
