Hilton Woodland Hills/ Los Angeles

Is there for two days and I didn’t have dinner the first night because I was tired I didn’t have breakfast and the dining area the restaurant is very very nicely appointed and in someways luxurious. The people who wait on you are it’s so very attentive I had three different people doing things for me at my table and I just felt like so attended and cared for

I didn’t like that the bathroom was a little dirty in certain places shower area is sparkling clean but the floor and subtle block between the door and hallway was I think a bit dirty I found myself wiping at it. It was difficult because it was no housekeeping and I first night I made was able to make a cup of tea but the next day when I wanted to because it it started leaking and it wasn’t working and then it didn’t go on at all and it was nobody to call to fix it

I always love to Stay in is hotel and everything is very clean when coming to Los Angeles.

This time I went I was a bit upset and nothing wasn't done about it.. I get to my hotel and there's hardly any towels in my room and then there was no shower curtain at all. I told the front desk that I will be back later tonight as I left with family to Universal. The said the will have someone put a curtain up. We get back to the hotel after a very long day and tired. The 2 shower curtains were just laying on the counter. No one hung them up and left them for us to hang. I told the front desk again and nothing was done. I was just told oh sorry about that and that maybe the person was busy or whatever. Well its your job and your going to tell me well maybe they were busy and didn't have time or forgot.

It was my birthday and Hilton staff rolled out the red carpet for me. I was able to get a room on the top floor as I requested , complimentary breakfast, and a complimentary check-out time. It was an amazing birthday experience .The staff on shift were incredibly attentive and considerate.

.Unfortunately there was a bad odor of.plumbing issues in the bathroom. Perhaps previous water damage . That is my one and only complaint.

Our room was fine at first but we woke up in the middle of the night because it was hot. By 10am til checkout the room felt like a sauna. Even though the thermostat states 67 but it felt like high 70s. Also you can feel that it was only a fan and not ac

Beds were super comfy, we didn't even want to get out of bed...lol! The room was very roomy and clean. When we had a problem with the power going out, maintenance was quick to fix the problem. When additional towels and tea were needed they were brought up to our room. Because we had electrical issues in the room the manager was very quick to make sure we were compensated and guaranteed our next visit would be better. Valet was very helpful, quick and friendly.

The power went out both mornings well I was blow drying my hair with blow dryer provided. They only gave us two towels when we had three people staying in the room. Both issues were an easy fix and I would say that we had no major problems that would deter us from returning.

I have yet to be disappointed by a stay at the Hilton. the facilities are clean, stylish, and comfortable. The staff are attentive and polite.

I think it’s simply an error of design - shower in our room leaked a lot of water through the cracks on the doors. this required using more towels to mop that up after a couple showers.

The staff from each departments was excellent. Very professional at all ends. Thank you so much for the services that was given.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t use my discount with my AARP card. However it was explained to me that I didn’t call Hilton directly. Which I was not aware of the process.

It was an Excellent decision to stay at Hilton Woodland Hills! The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The entire facility was exceptionally clean. And the food was far better than most hotel restaurants offer. I was a bit surprised when told there was no daily cleaning service but I could request whatever I felt was needed...odd?!😳 But once I wrapped my brain around the concept, it made complete sense from the standpoint of privacy, COVID-related issues, and environmental concerns. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Professional staff, very clean and modern hotel. King bed was very comfortable. Great customer service.

Bed/Room wasn't made/clean on 2 seperate days. Had to request room to be cleaned at front desk. Once requested, bed/room was cleaned right away. Valet parking is nice, but guests should not be charged $19 for valet service. Tips should be recommended for valet, or FREE self parking.
