Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills

I've been to this place more times than I can remember and the hotel is always good and the experience is very consistent. You know what you will get there. Good place, not great, but a solid good place. It works well for business trips, I'm not sure if I would stay there if it was a family vacation.

The breakfast is always underwhelming. Not that is bad food or anything, but for the price, they charge it could be better. More options, tastier, nicer. But is good. The AC is very noisy and sleeping pills are recommended if you like a good night of sleep.

The breakfast was very good as was the service at the restaurant. We enjoyed the pool very much as well - the indoor and outdoor pools. We also used the valet parking which was very efficient.

For some reason the female change room in the pool was inaccessible with my room key.

I have been at the the hotel 3 times in the last 12 months. ALWAYS friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Clean and roomy rooms. Coffee maker and wifi always works. Location is GREAT.

No more complimentary water bottle upon arrival (just a nice gesture).

Many things... Start with the lights... bad...clean....style... Nice and welcoming employees, beautiful!! The balcony is too tie. Maybe if there were 2 tiny seats ...chairs..

I have a list of a small things That can do big things I also need to come back often.. So I'm looking for the best offers per 7-10 days every other month or two. Willing to i bring more people..sml groups/cpl Can u promise malit shabbath (elevator)on sat. May I have lurger unit 2 rooms 2 bath with a larger balcony and an ocean view fridge or similar bigger. Also I will need kosher kitchen. Is that possible? What will be the price And thanks for all you do and have done for every one... bless you. Mrs. Y.

It was not that far from LAX, everything looked very clean and the overall aspect of the hotel is great. The Starbucks stand inside the hotel is a plus. It works for business but also could be a good hotel for the family.

Parking prices are absurd, and they try to charge you for WiFi. Who in 2021 still charges for WiFi access? Other than that, really a very good place to stay.

Everything was wonderful.

I didn't like that there was not a blow dryer in the room. I was in a rush to leave and didn't have time to call and wait for for one be be delivered. When I checked out I let the receptionist know and she told me blow dryers had to be requested. I wish they would have offered it when we checked in.

Staff friendly and helpful, extra responsive.

There was loud tv filming going on with explosions and gunshots (fake), the hotel was hosting an aa convention and so was crowded and lines for Starbucks and hotel restaurant were long, no social distancing and noisy.

Well for starters the AC unit was stuck on AC and it was cold as heck outside waited for two bath robes for over two hours ordered food and wasn’t able to let the Uber drivers up

The hotel has been updated and is in a nice area.

I paid for a room with a balcony but ended up with a room that had a sliding window, not really a balcony. Also the towels in my room had brown stains on them. Didn’t feel like it was as clean as I would like it to be considering their is a pandemic going on. Also there were to many random people hanging out around the hotel especially in the parking lot. Also too many guests were walking around without a mask on, didn’t feel safe.
