Best Western Corona Hotel & Suites

The breakfast was excellent. We ate out on the patio as it was a beautiful day.

Very, very low water pressure in shower. Had a hard time rinsing off all the soap in my hair. The bathroom is poorly designed; the tile got very wet due to the shower curtain not effectively preventing water from coming out of the shower; as a result of the tile being very wet the tiles were very slippery. We had to lay towels down on the wet floor to prevent us from slipping and falling. Patio is beautiful; however, the chairs scraping against the slate on the patio was very disturbing, especially when people were out eating breakfast very early in the morning while we were still sleeping.

The room was perfect size with ac nice tub and shower combo. Microwave and fridge. Sink area above fridge with counter top. Bbq area was great and patio dinning area outside was perfect. Breakfast was great in the am on property. Swimming pool was very close in front of our room gated! Laundry facility and vending machine ice machine on property.. Parking was close by!

Chocolates in vending machine were melted. Because it was hot in the vending machine room. But thank goodness you had a vending machine. Prices for merchandise a bit high. Drinks were about right. Ironing board was broken. Over all it was an awesome place to stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable! I loved the pool location and the overall security of the hotel.everything was fenced with access only using the key card and I felt comfortable to let my 9 year old playing hide and seek with his friends!

The breakfast could be a little better with more options. There are only 2 waffle machines and a big line formed because of it. It took me 15 minutes to be able to make a waffle for my son.

Very clean, open and friendly. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the added security of the surrounding gates. Breakfast was also more than the usual continental which was a treat!

No access to filtered drinking water, only $2 water bottles from the vending machine.

Property itself is very nice and well maintained. Great staff. Extremely clean.

Pet friendly but there is no pet area. Location is very uncomfortable. A lot of homeless roaming the parking lot and streets. Breakfast was ok but eggs, bacon and sausage tasted imitation. Only had breakfast once out of three days.

The hotel is very large (consisting of three compounds) so can accommodate a large number of guests without running out of open rooms. Room size (King Suite) was adequate and provided sufficient space for me to engage in my work without feeling cramped in the space. Parking was easily achieved and local to my room so I did not need to transport my luggage very far. There are also many luggage carts readily available along with an elevator to reach the upper floor.

During Pandemic restrictions the breakfast was simply prepackaged foods that were not very appetizing nor pleasing. I don't fault the establishment for this but only look forward to the return of a real meal. The rooms are kept in good clean condition but it is readily apparent they are dated and in need of some upgrade/remodel touchups to bring them back to their original pristine condition. All-in-all a pleasant experience though.

They took care of customers and listened to their needs. The room was spacious and clean. Courtyard was beautiful, with a bbq. Breakfast had enough choice, warm and cold. Pool was well maintained. Possibility to do laundry.

We liked the size (big) and comfort of our room. We liked the tub and my daughter’s enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

The fitness center was small and the ac wasn’t working when we worked out there the staff tried to fix it by was unable to resolve the problem however they resolved it the next day. We wish there was more options to the breakfast. We didn’t receive room service only being serviced every 4th night. When they eventually came in the later afternoon time we were napping therefore refused services.

It was a super nice room, very clean. There we're numerous towels. The beds were comfy, the floors were really nice, the sink, microwave and fridge added to the comfort of our stay. It was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in.

The only problem was the ironing board latch didn't work so I couldn't get it to stand up on the floor.

I liked the location and size of the rooms. the restroom had a larger than an average tub. staff was extremely kind and helpful. the room we got had a divider between allowing me to have some privacy when sleeping.

there was basically only one entrance to the second floor which was difficult given the cold weather during our stay. also didn't know we had to SLAM our doors for it to completely lock but that's my fault.
