Holiday Inn Express & Suites Corona, an IHG Hotel

Amanda at the front desk was amazing. She greeted us with a smile. She was so patient. And really seemed she enjoy being there. The staff were all very polite. The pool was nice and not to cold. And breakfast was great had many options to choose from. I left my toothbrush at home and was able to get a complementary toothpaste and toothpaste from the front desk.

However, the bed was sloppy made and has all sort of hair in the sheets, cover and pillow top. The pillow were dirty looking and also had hair. You could tell it was hair from several different people. I had to ask for more sheet and because house keeping left for the day I had to strip and make the bed. Which sucks because I was on a mini vacation and the last thing I felt like doing was making a bed. But other than that everything was pretty clean and really enjoyed my stay.

Central location for activities in and around Corona. We had a large room and bathroom with plenty of space. The reception staff were always very friendly and helpful.

The quality of breakfast was satisfactory, but would have been more enjoyable if served with real crockery and cutlery rather than paper and plastic.

Great room size! Perfect for our one night stay! We were attending a concert at SilverLakes so it was a great location and distance from the venue! Really nice room. Very clean! Would recommend to friends and would stay here again!

When I booked this room through booking.com it did list a few amenities that our actual room didn’t have. The main ones that stuck out were “city view” and “balcony”. Our room didn’t have either. Not a huge deal to my boyfriend and I but I think the description should still match what you receive when you actually check in especially if it’s reflected in the price. Another thing was our final price was almost $100 more than what I was given when I booked the hotel and I wasn’t warned about it by the front desk employee. They may have tacked on extra fees when we physically checked in but I was still not aware of it until I was checked out and gone from the hotel. Just sucks that the booking didn’t match the final price.

I think is good. I am not really eating breakfast person at least had a cup of coffee to stared my day.

Nothing at moment. Seems room is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful, with only overnight stays, I can see that I will be back when next time in town.

Everyone was very helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was good, they had different option to choose from. When we went in the pool the personal made sure the pool was clean and there’s was enough towels for all of us.

the carpet felt a bit sticky , couldn’t walk barefoot.

I love my balcony my room was comfortable

I like the Holiday Inn Express it's a wonderful place this is not the first time I stayed at 1 but the first time I stayed at 1 in that location but everything was great but the location there was nothing around... and I was so so sad that the pool was closed and a Jacuzzi as well ...was hoping for one in my room but there was only one at this location which made me sad as well also I didn't have a bathtub in my room only a shower and they offered me a bathtub but I wouldn't have a balcony I wish I could have both...other than that it was a good stay... I loved my balcony

The cold water to the spa tub didn’t work, it took about 6 hours to cool down. but the staff called me after i checked out & gave me 25% off my room.

It was a lovely, clean hotel for a quick stop over! Staff were friendly and the facilities were nice & clean. Didn’t use the pool but had a look and it looked nice and clean.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Room stayed nice and cool with the AC. Friendly front desk staff.

The smell of cleaning fluid in the room was pretty strong. The food was just "ok" in the morning.

The only thing I had a problem with was somebody came in too are room while we were still sleeping a little before 10am and we weren’t fully dressed me and my husband got kinda scared I Hurd the knock as soon as I open my eyes they came in I believe they saw us laying g down still and went back out I heard the door close i totally forgot to mention to the clerk as I checked out that morning that’s the only problem I had during my stay.
