Ayres Suites Yorba Linda/Anaheim Hills

Very clean and rooms were spacious. Extra bonus was microwave and fairly large fridge with coffee maker. Bathroom was clean and spacious with shower/tub and toilet in room with door and separate sink and makeup area right outside. I also loved the ice machine available on both the second and fourth floor. The second floor offered a coin operated washer/dryer. Hotel was next to El Torito and down left of the street from fast food and down right from the street from Kentucky Fried Chicken and the most amazing consignment store ever!!! The staff was so kind! I ended up returning after my check out and after a huge rain storm, deciding not to chance it for my trip back to Vegas, to see if I could book another night's stay. The receptionist was so kind and so helpful and I was able to stay an additional night so that I could safely drive back to Vegas. The Ayers is our future hotel stay for all of our Orange County, CA visits!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Second time stay - even though it is located in a growing area and major freeway, the Ayers is an oasis, up on the hill. Great rooms and quiet away from the zoom, gloom, and bafoon...ery of the 8 million + people of the L.A. region.

This isn't a negative against the Ayers, but next door, the Maserati dealer is doing major construction and the demolition, dust, and activity extends out to the main road. It is only a bit cumbersome when exiting, navigating around all of the vehicles.

I didn't like that when I made the reservation it asked how many people were traveling. Though our room had a king size bed with a pull-out sofa I would have expected that the sofa sleeper would have been made up for us. Not the case, we had to call reception to get covers for the sofa sleeper and make the bed ourselves. with the price I paid I don't expect to travel and work at the same time. Was very disappointed with that. Hot cooked FREE Breakfast was awesome though.

Bedroom was clean just like I had read in reviews. Shower was clean and spacious just like the room.

Room service kept knocking after telling the lady 3 times “no thank you”. She then proceeded to open the door. Luckily I was by the sink washing my hands and wearing pijamas the lady got scared older lady with black curly hair. I understand people have accidents but if you hear someone in their room you don’t proceed to open the door.

Breakfast was more than adequate; appreciate the breadth of choices and the personal service. The hotel location is perfect for us, coming from Arizona, right off the freeway and close to Costco for gasoline.

Your TV streaming service specifically excludes Fox News, while streaming left-leaning "news" from CNN. Not cool.

everything was nice

breakfast server was grumpy. makes food less enjoyable. we told her “hello, good morning” … she just had a grumpy face the whole time. lost our appetite after and went out to eat.

As expected, very clean and feels like home away from home. Feels secure. Love Ayres hotel!

Past midnight, I had to leave for an emergency. When I came back the doors were locked and I kept ringing the doorbell, where there was a sign next to it "to ring it." No answer. I started to bang on the glass door and finally someone came out to let me in. I told the person the doorbell wasn't working and that person knew about it. Minor infraction, but if something isn't working, either you fix it or let customers know. I appreciate that they lock their doors at night, though.

Clean and property well kept. Rooms very nice, clean and well kept also. Staff friendly, helpful and always available . Excellent area with lots of places to eat and shop. Very nice breakfast included. There is a bar with food available in evening too!

Nothing

With the full hotel booking my room was quiet and comfortable for relaxing, noise and traffic hardly even heard. Convenient location to freeways access to beaches and other sites to visit. Restraints fast food shopping both bwalking and easy driving close to hotel. Staff all were accommodating and pleasant. No surprise with my expected cost, that was most appreciated! Will book a stay here again in the future.

There wasn't really anything to dislike. Withe covide breakfast was a grab n go, however that's on the covide delima.

Very comfortable and welcoming! Feels cozy soon as you step into the lobby. Breakfast was as wonderful as their staff. Nicely done.

there was a non-guest charging his phone near the vending machines. Looked a bit sketchy. chose to wait for him to leave to grab ice.
