Welcome Inn Corona

The staff was very helpful and quick to accommodate our needs. The price is the most reasonable in the area. You won’t find cheaper for the quality they serve. The rooms are very clean and they also have access to a washer and dryer. This was very helpful for us, as we were traveling with our toddler.

Wish they had more washing machines but I am grateful they had the washing machines to begin with.

The owners are very nice people, very accommodating, if you have an issue or need a special accommodation just communicate with them and in the end everyone is happy. Also it's located within walking distance to many different places to eat and 2 grocery stores which is good considering that there are refrigerators & a microwave in all rooms. I have stayed at the Welcome Inn 9n 3 different occasions while visiting family & there will definitely be a 4th.

There hasn't been any issues that I just didn't like.

Bathroom not real clean. Leaking some where but couldn’t tell exactly from where because shower fixtures had been moved but hole not plugged so water running down the wall. Could have been from that or the toilet that didn’t flush properly. We borrowed the plunger but never returned to housekeeping, needed it more than once. Housekeeping never came by to check if we needed anything. I alway bring my own towels. Good location for freeway access and shopping. Stayed a few weeks because it was a smoking room, looking for a house to rent. It was affordable.

Parking very bad.

Handicapped accessible room was great. One of the best built accessible rooms we’ve stayed in. Someone finally got the shower right for a wheelchair bound individual. And the room was spacious for a power wheelchair to move in. Also, the gentleman that helped us since our arrival was SUPER attentive. Great customer service sir! Thank you so much.

The parking was tight and some guests parked in the handicap space with no placard or plates. This is no reflection on the property but on the guests.

Close to the highway’s. Well maintained and staffed. Clean & comfortable.

Lot of locals walk about all hours of night. Old property that could use some help.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and accommodating.

I can’t say I didn’t like something, but some of the other guests are so rude. Standing in groups, not moving when you need to get by and throwing their trash on the ground. You see food, bottles & cans then the bugs come. It’s terrible the way grown people leave their trash & teach the kids.

Customer service was excellent, Everything smelled and WAS Clean! everything worked. Was not run down.

Its in a very unsafe part of town, commen sense is a prerequisite.

Clean and modest place, close to freeway 91, and many food options around

Some pillows were very hard to sleep well, my dad was uncofortable and couldn´t sleep

the staff is so nice and helpful Everytime we go room is always clean and good condition love the top rooms great sunset view 😍 only motel I ever go to in corona because of the price & value is a deal

the weekends usually the busiest and a bit more pricey but I understand since the limit of rooms
