Really enjoyed the options. Fresh fruit and oatmeal were our favorite.

That the full amount was deducted from my account. I booked without encurring charges on my card. I provided the number when i booked but no charges were applied. My intentions were to pay with cash when we got there but front desk staff didn't inform me the entire amount was deducted at time of check in or ask if using that method of payment was still good. I just think better communication/confirmation would've been nice. Other than that, everything was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is nice and the room was clean. Nice outdoor pool, location is very close to a shopping center and restaurants.

We booked a room for 2 plus 2 children and the couch was not prepared for sleeping. When we asked at the front desk for the preparation of the couch into sleeping mode they replied that we should do it ourselves - unacceptable. Breakfast with plastic plates and cutlery and no fresh vegetables.

my only issue was not receiving the correct room .. other then that the place is very well maintained, they have one of the best breakfast dining areas. food was perfect , employees very friendly .

i booked a suite and instead i was given a regular room, which messed up my whole trip. talk with manager and they said they couldnt do anything about it .. paid the price of a suite for reg. room..

Hotel employee's Reina and Elise were very welcoming, courteous and friendly. It felt like they were inviting me into their homes! The Hyatt Place should be proud to have them as employee's. The managers on duty during the time I was there were easy to talk to and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good as there was a nice selection of foods for breakfast. The bar was open, woohoo and there was an okay selection of menu items to have with your favorite beverage.

I was in room 304 and the sliding bathroom door was very difficult to slide back and forth. It always got stuck when it was closed and I had to use both hands at the bottom of the door to force it open. Inside the shower area there should be anti-slip material on the floor. Even though there's a hand rail for additional support you need to use both hands while you're showering.

The place was nice. The bed and pillows were comfy, the only downside would be that our room was facing the freeway. I would come back to place to stay again if needed.

The place was nice. When I got there I noticed they had a restaurant onsite. Sadly due to a wedding being held there we weren't able to have anything from the restaurant. Didn't feel like going out to find food but had no choice.

It was a clean and modern hotel and they served an excellent breakfast- best hotel breakfast yet! The front desk staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Pool and area around was smaller than I realized and the hot tub was very chlorinated. There were only three lounge chairs and they were taken, so we had to put our things on the floor.

when we got in Friday evening we were told that the Bar was closed. We went up to our room. My niece got in about a 1/2 hour after us and told us they had drinks at the Bar. I was disappointed that they did that to us.

Was very clean, and loved the location! Staff was somewhat helpful too!

The AC wasn’t working too well, and we asked for extra towels and no one came up, when we called again they said housekeeping left and we had to go to the lobby to get them, other than that it would have been perfect.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The qhole facility is new and clean The staff was welcoming.

I wasn't aware that the train passed so close to the hotel. It was a little inconvenient. The ear plus on the nightstand were obviously there for a reason. But I didn't put one and one together

Breakfast was good there was enough food the service of the staff was real good. The location is great with the exception of the train waking us up in the middle of the night and early in the morning. Overall the stay was fantastic thank you for all...
