Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dinuba West, an IHG Hotel

the manager was super sweet! she went above and beyond for us. we got a new room as we were next to a wedding party.. kids couldn’t sleep.. so she gave us a bag of pop corn and then the woman who did the room made a heart on our bed. it was sweet.

the location isn’t great but it’s better then nothing. nothing you can do about that.. so it is what it is. not any one fault.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were polite and professional. Pool was great for our kids. Location suited us very well as a stay between Sequoia and Yosemite. Beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet area not too close to busy roads.

We liked everything

Able to get a room for myself and daughters at the last minute due to Claudia the night manager who was on the phone for 15-20 mins putting out fires and trying to find my lost booking from Booking.com which never came over to them via interweb at the same time dealing with other guests coming through the door. Answering questions getting plates guiding them in the right direction. The plus she was the quiet professional the whole time. So I paid for the room and she would cancel the Booking.com situation if she found it. If not it was on me. As for staff she was it. Give her a raise a decent raise. Thank Claudia. Thank you holiday inn.

No complaints

i think that everything was excellent, more than i expected. front desk personel were polite and helpfull. i will look forward on my next trip and will look forward in using your facility. i will definety recomend you with my friends.

All was good, no bad experience. Cant say anything bad about my experience. Thank you again.

Didn't like: they don't take cash. They charged $20 for "incidentals". What is that? Giving the $20 weeks later .... why??? I can rent a car worth $30,000 or more & when I return the car & keys, I get the deposit back. I rented a room for 1 night & it's going to take weeks to get my "incidental" money back. Where is the logic in that. I complained that one of the beds wood base was either broken or out of position. I complained so I would not be charged for breaking it. That in itself is stressful.

Very kid friendly place. My kiddos enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. They had high chair for the baby. Nice buffet breakfast. USB chargers for phones. Overall nice & modern place.

Wish there was a non slip mat for the bathtub. Clock by the bed was really bright white light at night so we had to cover it. Usually these clocks are red which is better for nighttime.

Clean, well maintained. Helpful and nice front desk receptionist. Above average breakfast.

It is not about the hotel itself. Sometimes, there was freight train noise at night time.

It was booked for my son for my wedding day. I also recommend the hotel to a few other people who stayed there from the 1-3 of April. Looked like a great room and friendly staff. Thank u.

The location was perfect. The manager went above and beyond for us. We will definitely stay there again.

To use the washer and dryer on the property, I had to hunt for quarters. It would have been nice if they had quarters at the front desk. Not really that big a deal

The bed/bedding was sooooo comfortable! Everything was clean. The lobby was clean and very nicely decorated.

The only thing we didn't like is the too small vanity. The room was a little small, not a lot of room by the wardrobe.
