it appeared clean and the breakfast was above standard - many selections to choose from,

I stayed 2 nights and in different rooms. The first night I stayed in room 429. it had stains and an iron imprint on the carpet. The next night I stayed in room 315 with was much better. I could tell that some of the decor had been remodeled. My friend stayed in room 322 and his room was even better as I could tell that room had been totally remodeled.

We stayed on the first floor and it had a sliding door connecting to an outdoor area that also connect to the pool. The pool was closed but we weren’t going to swim so it wasn’t a factor. The free breakfast didn’t have any sausage or bacon but there was a lot of other stuff.

The property could use a renovation and maybe clean the grout in the tiles for the bathrooms.

I left my Quartz crystal with a base that light up it travels with me all over the world. It always come back to me the hotel staff are honest from the other hotel except for this one. I called right away when I got home but they were giving me the ran around I would not stay with them , their housekeeper is not honest

Location fantastic. Near local shops and eateries (the broken yolk across the road serves delicious food) Courtesy bus to Disney. Little shop in the hotel well stocked with everything you'd need. Fridge in room on request Ice machine available

The pool was quite dirty with debris and got worse over the week we stayed. Maybe it's a bit run down but I liked the quiet atmosphere and location and would stay again.

Great location: near Target and Costco among many other stores and restaurants. Everything is walking distance as needed. Free Shuttle service to and from Disney as well as breakfast! Cute little shop inside hotel with all things needed. Super friendly staff

Definitely needs some cosmetic work. Cracks in walls/sink/floors etc. They definitely need some TLC with regards to appearance

I loved the ac, made the room super cold, and they had night security so my car was safe I felt better knowing that. the staff was all super friendly as well.

we had a king room which it didn’t state that it was handicap til arrival. The floor were dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky didn’t like that.

Staff was friendly. Requested a refrigerator and microwave and they put it in the room. They offered a New room but it was late and thw kida were settled in already.

Room nexr to freeway and it was too noisy. Thw room had a smell like smoke. Room phone didn't work.the windiwa had a gap that let the noise in.

Super nice hosts they didn't make me feel stupid to talk to if I had a million questions, definitely will stay during my visits to Disney

I wish the coolers worked the whole night at some point mine turned off and it got super hot to where I woke up the middle of the night, however the other group said theirs stayed on the whole night

The bus said it was going to pick up people from Disneyland and didn't show up on time so I had to over it to the hotel luckily the hotel is only 10 minutes away so it's only $10

The staff was very accommodating and incredibly friendly. In addition, the beds were the perfect size, and incredibly comfortable. The property was clean, and sanitary. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay, and intend on visiting whenever I am in the area again.
