SureStay Hotel by Best Western Hollister

The rooms were super clean!! Two thumbs up! Bed & pillows were comfortable, I like that the rooms had basic necessities like shampoo & body wash in the shower & lotion, iron, & a blow dryer because I always forget something. Also they have coffee & tea items in the room as well to make a cup. The air conditioner was nice & chilly the way I like it. Breakfast consist of ( make your own waffles) cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, English McMuffins, different jelly’s, pre packaged fruit pastries, oranges. Coffee machine with several choices like expreso, decaf & an apple & orange juice machine. Great selection to be able to eat something fast & the breakfast area was very clean as well. Great customer service by the woman checking us in as well she has a good personality & answered all my questions.

I wish there was water pitchers available during breakfast that’s all.

There was a breakfast and it was tasty. the room had a microwave and mini refrigerator. next the bottom of the stairs there was a snack and drinks vending machines.

the breakfast that was provided didn’t have the biggest selection. The sheets were dirty and had a little bit of stains and hairs. At night the environment felt somewhat safe as there were people in the parking lot smoking that you would be able to smell from your room. Make sure to lock your door at night.

A best choice of stay before early morning hiking at Pinnacles. Staff were very friendly at check in and check out. Room is clean and large. There were lots of truck drivers staying in the hotel. It doesn't bother us at all. They are good working professionals. Area is safe and convenient. I would stay here again if i ever go back to Pinnacles.

Price is a little higher, but there was not much choice in the area.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable, not too hard or soft. Location was very quiet and I did not notice noise from the other guests. Was attending an event in the area and the hotel was popular with other attendees.

Nothing. The room was perfect. The location was ideal for our event. I hope to stay at this motel again as we frequently have events in this area.

The room was small but very clean. Breakfast was very good when compared to other chains… fruit, muffins, waffles, juice, etc. Very good.

The king bed was a bit spongy. Also, located very close to a highway and the highway noice was very noticeable.

Clean room and bathroom. Shower pressure was great compared to many hotels I’ve stayed at. Quiet through the night.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It felt a little lumpy and soft. Bathroom towels look like they could use an upgrade. They were very thin and discolored.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

There needs to be 2 big towls in the room per person. Door knob could of been conected to the door in the bathroom. Not enough bag for trash to be thrown out.

It was nice that the pool was finally opened. Wish it was heated a bit. It was nice that the front desk provided pool towels.

There was no breakfast items available. The bathroom is very small. We had to take the toilet paper off of the older because it was basically touching our legs and we had to reach behind us to get it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted to be able to keep an eye on my motorcycle. I was able to park in front of the office and the clerk gave me a room above the office. I really appreciated that.

The walk ways were dirty especially next to the vending machines. Could use a power wash.

the driveway access makes it a little difficult to get to (have to make a left, then a u-turn to access driveway)
