Best Western Airpark Hotel - Los Angeles LAX Airport

The cleaning crew and maintenance crew were very friendly and ready to be of assistance. We checked in in the evening and the lobby assistant was a bit dry and pre occupied on her phone. Not very friendly and quite short. Might have been having a bad day.

The quick and friendly response by the maintenance crew which repaired the toilet in a timely manner. the gal at the breakfast bar was very friendly and would assist customers in a friendly manner and consistently open the door for patrons. And the rooms are very quiet. Even with the airplanes flying by.

I have stayed here before so I chose it again and it fits my expectation. The location is not bad. The hotel is worth its value. The cleaning lady is very friendly and does a good job.

Sorry, but have to say it was not necessary to call me through the telephone in the room in the morning just to tell me there is no room service. There might be guests who need to stay up till very late at night. Waking up by telephone with somebody yelling "there is no service, okay?" is not something pleasant.

Location was nice distance wise from the Kia Forum, but due to the location next to a freeway expect traffic noise.

The room we stayed in, the toilet had issues. after flushing it took forever for you to be able to flush again. We actually thought the toilet was broken. when we left for our concert, we asked the front desk to have someone check it out but on our return it looked like no one had checked the toilet.

The manager was very professional and guarded his property very well for people who was not guest. The rooms were great and the hot tub felt so good the right temperature. The maid service gave great customer service. I arrived early from my flight and the staff let me stay 8 hrs in lobby before check in. I am so thankful for.

I just could not stay the second night at a cheaper rate.

The staff member working the breakfast area was very nice. She made our waffles and brought us everything we needed (silverware, butter, syrup) to the table. It was busy, but she was on it!

The potatoes and sausage were barely warm and after waiting for my waffle to be made, they were cold and in edible. Once it was busy, it seems a second waffle maker would have been a good idea, it was a long wait to get a waffle for us all.

I liked the location, it was easy to get to, and had a lot of restaurants around it and quick to access

The rooms smelled and the spa wasn’t open and the breakfast was just okay

I really enjoyed how the room was bigger than expected. I had enough storage and there was a fridge to store any leftover food. As well as a microwave. The bathroom was so nice and clean. The room service was such nice people and made it comfortable. Especially the manager/ owner he was hilarious and remembered us when we go out and see him.

I saw breakfast and that is what made me book this hotel. But I was disappointed with the breakfast choices. It wasn't like a buffet with fruit and eggs or pancakes. It was fast vending machine options, like a muffin or cereal or juices. Wished the breakfast has at least toast and some bagels. That will make it tolerable, but most mornings I leave starving or had to order out.

Dee and his staff were amazing. The ladies in the breakfast room were so helpful. The property was clean and quiet. I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I was worried about the area of the hotel being so close to the airport and a busy road but I never once felt unsafe. I would stay at this location many times over just to chat to Dee and the staff.

Nothing. It was perfect!

Basic airport accommodation, big room (I believe it was a handicapped-accessible room except the shower wouldn't be accessible so that was confusing), nice staff. It was fairy quiet despite being on the road. The parking lot seemed fairly safe, well lit, and the front desk staff said there are cameras and there is staff there all night so cars should be safe. Front desk staff were very nice. For the price it was fine.

It is somewhat run down, lots of smokers and odd people about, and it smelled icky everywhere, though our room smelled fine.

Breakfast selections good and coffee great. Staff friendly and efficient.

Hearing motorcycles reving their engines At night or wee hours of the morning. This of course is not something you can fix. It's a location thing. Funny enough I didn't hear airplanes landing being so close to LAX
