Best Western Plus Lake Elsinore Inn & Suites

The breakfast was OK...except while eating chopped up tiny pieces of scrambled eggs that kept falling off our forks, we stared at a beautiful wall print of a giant waffle with the word HOT above it both days. But there was no waffle maker or batter to make them. Sausages were great, bacon flat and thin. Juice machine couldn't dispense OJ either day. Front desk gave us complimentary coke & fritos upon check-in which was nice, especially after a long travel day with multiple plane flights. Lady served eggs, bacon, sausage was very pleasant and helpful - kept dining room immaculate.

No Waffles!!! Don't chop the scrambled eggs up into tiny pieces that fall through the fork tines. Leave them bigger! But plenty of choices of things to eat including fresh fruit, Activ yogurt, danish pastries, cereal, bagels & toast, and eggs.

As stated above, Staff, Cleanliness, Comfort, Value for money and Location . Room is good, cleaning service is good. Big parking for the car. Fast foods, restaurants, supermarket, gas station are all around and close. Just 3 km away from Skydive Elsinore :)

Breakfast is impacted by sanitary measures, picked up to go, eaten in rooms, that's OK, but it's too light then. Missed some hot omelette with the bacon and sausage (that came after a few days, very welcomed) and some basic toasts/butter/marmalade would have made it. A problem with keys suddenly not opening the room door, had to go down the lobby to recharge keys several times.

The location was perfect for my visit to Lake Elsinore. Super close to the Lake Elsinore Diamond, to watch Storm baseball. Hotel employees were courteous and helpful.

Room advertised as City View, I had a view of the strip mall across the street. The other side of the hotel had a slight view of the lake and a nice view of the mountains, which would have been nicer.

The staff was very accommodating with us. They held our room for us until after 2am while we tried to finish packing our belongings to move. We were exhausted and hungry! When we arrived we were greeted with a warm friendly smile, quick check-in and a little snack.

We didn't care much for our choices with breakfast. The scrambled eggs and potatoes were cold. My bacon was good. They had other food choices like pastries, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, toast, coffee, juices, milk and maybe cereal.

The staff were excellent and attentive. I had an issue using the rewards when making a change but front desk Mgr was super helpful! Room was clean,good bfast and enjoyed jacuzzi time & pool with our kids! Our suite opened to pool area downstairs. Pretty family friendly.

It's a bit pricey for the area of town. That's all.

Easy and efficient check in. Rooms were nice and cozy. Jacuzzi bath in the room to relax. Pick Up and Go breakfast was just okay but should be modified on webpage of its truth.

There was a $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT at the time of arrival charged to my credit card and no mention in the reservation prior to arrival. Then as I asked what it was for, there was no details or written outline to the customers having to add the charge to our card. Then as we followed up at departing, we asked about the security deposit hold on our card, only to be told IT WAS NOT A HOLD but an actual charge that will take 5-7 days to get credited!!! Very disturbing to have "hidden" process to a room already paid in advance to stay.

The friendliness of the workers and even the bond they would have with some guest. The cleanliness of the whole hotel.

I wish our room was more cleaned more (beds or even towels). Also first day, we didn't know how breakfast worked. The attendee, who was sweet, did not advise us she would serve. Maybe have a little sign? We thought she was setting up.

I just found the value excellent. The Hotel had everything that I needed. This was a different kind of trip for me and the hotel was a nice sanctuary and place to regroup. It was nice to have the pool to myself for a moment, even though that may have been due to covid. Thank you Best Western Plus Lake Elsinore.

location was a plus! parking spaces very accessible,loved that the room includes small refrigerator, microwave,and nice and small closet, very comfortable

The carpet in the room was dirty, very sticky I think they can go the extra mile to keep the room more clean, and smelling fresh.

Clean, courteous and helpful front desk staff, more than adequate included breakfast.

Very small elevator located in a room with the soda machine. Very odd.
