Motel 6-Menifee, CA

The staff was friendly the rooms were updated and clean the beds were comfortable.

There did not seem to be enough parking on site

The staff and cleaning service are great. Room was nice and clean.

The rooms looked decent. There was a male front office agent (didn’t catch his name) that works at night who is very helpful.

The front office lady named Maria is highly unfriendly. I heard about her prior via google reviews but assumed she had left since the reviews were over 2 years old. It doesn’t seem like the motel is taking complaints regarding this front office agent’s behavior.

There was no remote for the TV in my room, and they didn't have any clean towels.

The property on the outside was very clean . Staff was very friendly

The room itself was very dark. The floors were laminated and were so dirty that your feet would turn black if you walked barefoot in the room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The room was very dark and had NO bedside lamps. Several of the outlets did not work (including bathroom area) …. So it was a challenge to do things like dry your hair and charge your phone . Old food was left in the fridge.. so we didn’t use that while we were there .

Due to car accident on 8/17 which was check in day I had nto o choice but to call management at motel 6 Menifee and let them know what terrible accident had just occurred on domanagoni Rd following towards the motel property building and was hit head on by a GMc Denali. Now trying to ask if I can check in on 8/18 due to tragic circumstances they agreed . But on 8/18 as I approached the building of motel 6 Menifee I was told by staff/receptionist that rudely and disrespectfully denied my accommodations that were just approved on 8/17 ! Now I sit here in my car at hospital still (thanks to motel 6 Menifee staff) so by all due respect I WANT EITHER MY FULL REFUND OR COMPLIMENTARY STAY @ EITHER ONE OF YOUR MOTEL6 or OTHER MOTELS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BRAND. Thank you . I will call corporate if I'm not accommodated with excellent customer service. BBB WILL BE CALLED AS WELL .

Not a single thing

Service, cleanliness, air conditioning not working. Sarcasm from night staff. Had to threaten to call corporate office to get clean linens, trash emptied, and air conditioner worked on. Tub dirty. No coffee pot in room

They're very rude the room was very dirty
