Everything was very spacious especially when it came to our rooms. They had enough beds to accommodate each member of my family and more. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms were very clean. My family had a lot of places they wanted to go too and so the location of the building was a very good spot. It was 15-30 minutes away from most of the major attractions such as the observatory, the Hollywood sign, museums and etc.

The pillows were kinda uncomfortable but to be honest that barely effective our stay.

The room was very clean with modern fixtures. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens and blankets for our stay. Staff was very nice and helpful and we felt secure when parking and in the building

My only complaint was not being able to adjust the thermostat and had to rely on opening the windows for air. I expressed my concern and never heard from anyone. Also the description says sound proof building but it was very loud and busy at night being that the building is on a busy street. The earplugs that are provided by the room helped a lot.

This was such an amazing quick stay! The staff is the best, so friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfy and well equipped with everything. Check-in process was super easy. Totally loved it!!

the kitchen was perfectly stocked as were closets with ample blankets and towels and it seemed relatively safe with cameras and keys required for entry of all parts

there was a bad odor in the bathrooms perhaps the water or pipes

The place was amazing. They had a full kitchen, washer and a dryer, dish washer, vaccum cleaner and the rooms were very clean & spacious, the bathrooms were equipped with extra toilet papers, shampoo, body wash. towels, etc. The parking spot was very good. Loved staying with them.

It was a wonderful stay! Host Monica was extremely friendly & she was always available on texts & calls. The location was great too. A lot of good restaurants & shops within. And the apartment was really spacious & decorated beautifully & thoughtfully. The beds were comfortable too. We had a great time

The entire experience was wonderful. Beautiful room, cushy / comfortable bed and bedding, lovely decor, great & welcoming staff. Check in was smooth. They made sure everything was kept & available in the room before we checked in. Definitely will be coming back again.

I notice the kitchen faucet was lose, i thight i little better, is missing a sprikle cover and ceiling cover, just to make for safety.everything else was great.thanks a lot.

Ideal place for families . Very good location. Great facilities. Room was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and available to answer any questions. Enjoyed the complimentary snack basket. Great surprise. Thank you!!
