The lady at check in was awesome, I believe her name was Renee. The grounds were clean and tidy. The room was.... cozy. Loved the set up for the bed sides, plenty of access to plugs. A major thing when my husband has to use a c-pap machine to breathe at night. The shower was a 'love but' kind of thing. It had great space, good levels of heat for the hot water, appreciated the handle and the shower head being on opposite sides so as not to get sprayed with cold water as easily, but the door was a little troublesome with being able to open with a nudge.

The room we had was a little odd in layout so that it didn't feel as spacious as it could have and wasn't as intuitive as it could have been for placement of certain things. The blackout curtain was a bit hard to pull across the window either to block the light or to retract and let light in. The toilet paper holder is the kind where if you are not careful the roll will go right off it and on to the floor.

It was nice that they had breakfast available during our stay. The bed was nice, shower had good pressure and the hot water was never in short supply. Fold out bed was a decent size. The staff was professional but friendly.

Carpet in our room was damaged. Fridge while great it was there was put in an awkward place so the door didn't open as far to work to the best advantage. Didn't have the right amount of silverware for our stay in room.

Very nice room with free HBO. The room had a kitchen with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The furniture was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and came immediately to assist me with the the television which was offline.

Everything was great. I would have no problem staying there again and would recommend it to friends. The towels and linen were in good condition. The room was open well lit. There was a coffee maker and a hair dryer.

EVERYTHING! Super clean and comfortable. Huge suites/kitchen. Great staff! Best breakfast. I stay here several times a year for several days to visit my grandkids and they love it too (especially the pool). We always enjoy our stay there. We hate leaving when it’s time to check out. My grandkids want me to live there. lol

If anything, maybe I’d say: Too close to highway so it can be a tad noisy during peak traffic time, but only when outside in the pool area, not in the room. Rooms are nice and quiet. :)

The kitchen, esp a full sized refrigerator, stove top, and kitchen cookware and utensils. Liked the bedroom, and bathroom.

Shower drain did not drain fast enough to allow a shower of any length. Remote did not work well, but was replaced per our request.

It was a nice, newer establishment. Enjoyed the large room with seating area for watching tv and talking, bedding was comfortable for a nice deep sleep, had several staff members greet us or make small talk and thought they were kind and warm. It feels like going someplace familiar. I like when places aren't awkward acting with guests. Check in and out was simple, this was a nice place for solitude from all the holiday visiting.

Could use a better system for distributing the breakfast items during covid measures, we waited around twice in the mornings for someone to come out and hand a banana from behind the counter but think everyone was off doing other tasks so we left without. It wouldn't be a big difference to just left people grab their own items. We all have to touch the same elevator button, or can freely touch the other snacks for sale from the convenience section by the counter. Not a big deal just an observation.

The mini kitchen was an added bonus. We were there to move in our son for College. So having the extra standard refrigerator and oven helped with expenses instead of take out.

liked the fully equipped kitchens and the fact we could borrow games and other items from the front desk.

Location was ok but would have liked a nicer view out our window then just another hotel.

The room was big, with good kitchen facilities for a place of this sort. The building is very new and everything was in good shape. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The surrounding neighborhood was fine for walking.

mask adherence was hit or miss (about 6 out of ten people actually wearing them) and while there was clear signage, nothing seemed to be enforced, so if you're anxious about COVID this might not be the best place to spend time.

but you can't help that everything else was great good location rooms clean staff nice love that there's a fridge and dishwasher in room the kitchenette definitely a plus hard to find breakfast is awesome and a fitness center and Pools open it's the best hotel in Merced we found yet great place I'd recommend this place

There's no parking by the rooms but you can't help tha.exce
