Fairfield Mission Viejo Orange County

We were going to the Sawdust Festival and Festival of the Arts in Laguna Beach. Hotels in these areas were too expensive. This was also a great location to visit my mom's memorial at the UCI Memorial Monument. For an overnight stay, it was a nice place. Good selections for breakfast. That is important whenever I am booking a hotel...it has to have breakfast included.

The bathroom was kind of small and the door was in a weird location.

it was in the right spot for what I needed and everyone that works here goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. for people traveling for pleasure you can get to the beach in about 10 minutes probably by car so that’s nice.

there really weren’t any problems. It’s just right at the freeway. but it’s a good price so I didn’t expect it to have an ocean view.

My wife and I stayed for 6 days, and had a wonderful stay there. We had a couple little issues, but the way the staff took care of us (Especially Brianna, Jennifer and Albert) was just AMAZING. They were quick to resolve problems and always cheerful when interacting with us, even when they were swamped with guests!

Easy to find, location was very convenient., right off the freeway, two gas stations literally feet away. 15-20 min drive from Laguna Beach. easy parking, pool hours are reasonably great, Breakfast was greatly appreciated. comfy beds, fridge, microwave, multiple charging outlets plenty check out time.

The room smelled stinky in my kids words, in adult words smelled like sweaty man, was too tired to complain and change it, tried to air it out by blasting the AC and opening the window which only opens about 3 inches or less.

clean, comfortable, we got everything we need in the room, coffee maker, safe, hair drier, fridge and access to hot and cold water downstairs and vending machine. bedsheet and mattress is comfy. breakfast is also delicious , great and many choices. free parking too. the photos in the advert of our room is exactly what we got. there are hotels that only looks good in the website😂

The breakfast At this location feels like a home cooked meal. The employees and cooks clearly put a lot of effort into the preparation and presentation each morning. Sausage eggs home style potatoes fruits bagels waffles oatmeal yogurt and juice was above and beyond. The room was immaculate, up to date and tastefully decorated. Especially since COVID.. breakfasts have been few and far between in the times I have stayed. One simple issue with an extension on a reservation that was caused by a switch from 3rd party to booking with the hotel was the only hiccup and was corrected immediately by the manager. 10/10!

Good location clean quite and was close to the location we needed

Only complaint was the breakfast selection not much to choice from Kids would t eat the box they filled only had one scoop of eggs breakfast sausage only as selection was rubbery muffin was 2 kinds and mini size and plain bagel as a selection no juice for kids .. my kids wouldn’t eat entire time we stayed there because nothing good was offered . I would suggest adding box cereal or waffles or pancakes with the egg selection for those that don’t eat egg

The hotel was great! Very good breakfast, clean bedrooms, nice staff, good location.

The beds were small, I have never seen a hotel with beds like that. They were supposed to be for two people, but it was pretty tight. That was the only downside.

Stayed for an event on the OC coast. This was only 30 minutes away and priced more reasonably than the expensive hotels on the Laguna beach area. -Hotel was clean and had amenities like ironing board, coffeemaker. -convenience store available a few steps away -Even let us check in early though your milage may vary on that.

adequate. good to have a variety of things. fresh apples, yogurt , oatmeal and eggs.

would be nice to have a breakfast sandwich (egg, sausage biscuit) to pick up and go.
